Hii Greene, I am using windows 11 home edition and for some reason I am not getting this RSAT feature, is there any other way I can download it manually, I am using windows 11 home edition ver 23H2?
Hey, unfortunately you can only install RSAT tools on Pro or Enterprise Windows editions. If you're wanting to run RSAT tools on your personal machine running Windows home, you can purchase a Windows Pro upgrade from the Microsoft Store for $99. I would personally recommend configuring a Windows 11 Pro virtual machine and using it as a means to access the RSAT tools or.. if a VM isn't an option you could also create a bootable Windows 11 USB to install on another desktop or laptop you have laying around if that's a possibility. If you search online for the application Rufus and use it to create your USB, you can also remove the TPM / additional system requirements from the Windows 11 installion which is very helpful if you don't have any supported devices laying around. As an important reminder, Windows will not be activated once installed, but you won't suffer from any reduced functionality outside of not being able to customize the desktop. RSAT tools and other features will work totally fine.
