Broccoli Lemon Poppyseed Salad (simple & easy)

Broccoli Zucchini Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
I am often the bringer of salad. It is not a title taken lightly nor a title given much praise, it would be far easier to be the bringer of roast chicken or German chocolate cake, however, there is gratification to be found in this duty. The salty, savory, and sweet, all roll over our taste buds allowing us to explore the full depth of a meal. The contrast of food groups come together in a finished and civilized manner. The salad I often bring to a dinner party does more than nourish, it does more than add color to a plate, it brings forth harmony with every bite to only be interrupted by the occasional sweet laughter of friends.
RECIPE
 Broccoli Zucchini Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
 2 heads of broccoli
 ¼ or ½ red onion for those who enjoy the sharp taste
 2 small zucchinis or about 2 cups cubed
 1 ½ cup chopped feta. One purchased portion is generally enough for the sake of purchasing efficiency.
 2 cups cherry tomatoes, I partially dry mine
 A little bit of everything should fit in one bite.
 Dressing (purchase Italian if you’re in a pinch otherwise I have a simple solution)
 The juice from 1 lemon
 2 tsp poppy seeds
 1 heaping tbs of Dijon mustard or I prefer pepper mustard
 1 ½ tbs honey
 Whisk together and poor over salad, present to friends, tell them all about my channel.
