iPhone error Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery - Apple forcing to upgrade

Apple's malpractice to forcefully upgrade to newer models by making older models worthless. Also it is creating monopoly in repair business, clear evidence of how it is killing third party repairs. This will lead to
Depreciated resale value of iPhone Xs and onwards
impacting the third party repair shops
forcefully upgrading consumers to newer models
Symptoms of the issue:

I got a refurbished iPhone XS Max one year ago.. the battery health was at 90% and so it couldn’t go on the whole day without one or two charging. I decided to change the battery through the 3rd party. I was mad when I saw that information thinking that they built in my phone a fake battery but they swore they ordered an original Apple battery! And now I believe it! But how terrible of apple to do that! I like that phone it works perfect .. why would they want me to upgrade it ? I really like Apple products but this is something that makes me doubt.. the phone is in my possession, I paid for it and now they made the value of it less.. that sounds almost illegal..

100 percent agreed Apple to phase out 3rd party repairs-and forced the customer either to replace it at a higher cost from Apple or replace or upgrade the device -so even if you replace a genuine apple the message pops up -This monopoly of Apple should be stopped ASAP,

I have already joined the fight. I have stopped buying Apple products. IPhone SE 2016 model was my last iPhone. Apple can go to hell.

But sir my Apple battery is original so why this massage is showing in my phone I never change my phone battery and my phone is new

That happens rare but it does. The device has asset table and their is corresponding one of Apple servers. Any mismatch to the IDs causes this error. Unfortunately nothing can be done if you are outside of warranty
