I tried to step away from the ventilation fan noise of the elevator but couldn't hear any roosters today. Even the local one near the house has been silenced. May be too early for them. Happy Sunday, Mike. It was a cold 32° getting up, but at12:45 it made up to 47°. High today be only 53° - you're expecting to exceed that. Nice to see the family taking a holiday trip. Just watched the WPE at Winter Park this morning via Michael DeMarco camera. That is so neat to see, and the snow followers headed for the lifts. Mandy will be thru on Christmas Eve morning with #5. Then days off. It is nice to have both Christmas Eve and Day off. There are several businesses here doing the same for their employees. Zazzy's will close tomorrow afternoon until the first Monday of the new year. The owner is traveling to Tennessee for the holidays. Nice little goodie box came in handy since your coffee shop not open yet. Plus a change of pace for hot chocolate plus cookie & peppermint for the upcoming holiday. Your day is off and running i would say.

They may have a private screening of "The Polar Express" while traveling by train. I was not prepared for that refreshment box. And it was a nice changeup from my normal coffee. My blood sugar monitor didn't like it, but Christmas is one day a year. My normal coffee drive-thru doesn't open until 0700 on Sundays and holidays. Hello to Mandy! What's this 60 degree high? Ours topped off at 24 today. I thought you guys out on the plains always had colder weather than us in the winter.
Good evening, John; I thank you for dialing in and the comments. Yep. We actually hit 64 F. before the sun started down and the temp went with the setting sun. Ot is 46 F. and falling at 1740 MST. We are currently on the west side of that arctic air blob that has the middle of the country in the freezer. It was even warmer along the front range (read Denver and the metro area from Pueblo to Cheyenne, Wyoming). With very low humidity out here we get the 30-to-40-degree swings in temperatures. The humidity has started to go back up and is now at 36%. It was in the low teens earlier. We will get a blast sometime this season. Anyway, I hope that you have a great evening.
