How many shots in a Americano as it looks like you’ve done double espresso rather than single and I’m always wanting to know whether you do a single shot or double as I’m still trying to perfect my Americano.
@@jesmaia6467 For two servings, you put too little coffee in the cone, this cone is designed for one serving of espresso, so you need to make 2 bookmarks to prepare a double espresso, and you get a diluted one. Also on this machine you need to make a spill, as the water is too hot for espresso and the taste of coffee is lost.
You may not be frothing it enough, hold the side of the pitcher with your hand and when the metal starts to feel hot enough to pinch your hand then it’s done (: Also you may need to put the wand deeper in the milk !
We’re actually backpacking Central America now so we got rid of everything lol!!! (Check out our new videos if you’re interested 😁) So we got rid of it but almost had it for a whole year, it honestly worked GREAT for the price. If we ever get another apartment back home i would 100% buy again (:

It can be different depending on the size of the coffee, we always start with 2 shots though.
