Disclaimer : We receive a ton of emails and messages from people telling us we filmed them at the ramp this past weekend and they want to know when the video will air. This is not a question we can typically answer. We film from three or more ramps every week and have a massive back log of content and sometime it could be weeks or months after an event occurs before we air the video. We put stuff out as fast as we can but we only air three videos a week and in a typical weekend get 6-10 episodes worth of content meaning we get content faster then we can air it. Thanks for watching and just be sure to keep watching looking for your content it will air but probably not immediately after it happens!

I don't know why you don't see more people using a boat hook. We've had one on board since I was a kid - and now I'm an old man!
Agreed. My son always grabs the boat hook just in case when we are docking.

That last boat looked like a twin with one engine out. I don't know how a twin jet handles with one engine out, but I bet you have to do some goofy looking stuff when trying to dock.

0:09, 1:17 It's pretty clear who wears the pants in that relationship! Hell, as we approached the dock, my wife would have had a bow line in her hands and offering assistance wherever she could, instead of barking out orders like that princess. smdh...
If you watch the stern of the SX210, only one engine was running, and unless the cap is a total ... it seemed the operating engine would only idle or blast.
Pretty sure that looked like the problem was with their c.a.p. component on the vessel.

That jet boat has a steering cable that is failing
i was coming to put that it was pretty clear he didn't have steering or very very limited steering and was having to use the torque twist to turn at all

I don’t think you could do a worse job of docking as that last boat ! Even if you had never driven anything in your life, I feel like you could do better than this guy. It was like he didn’t want to dock. Boats can be tricky when wind & currents play their hand but the control principals are very basic.

Question about these videos, which I am addicted to. Why is it that 99% of the time the husband is driving and the wife has the lines? Seems that it should be the opposite, as the husband will typically be taller (thus longer reach) and stronger (able to pull the boat to the dock).
Captain should never leave the helm unless 100% safe to do so (boat is secured) I usually do the same, the boat is floating so its not heavy at all for my wife to pull
I guess my question is why the wife is not the captain for docking with the husband on the lines?
She might not know how to maneuver the boat, which is a good thing to know as if anything happens to the cap, there is a backup
My wife is the captain and she won't let me use a boat hook.
