A really easy job, any one should be able to do. Well, al work on bikes are quite easy. Press fit BB is the only thing I hate, but its not like its difficult.

My sram force jockey wheels cracked at the vents before they wore out. Such a crap design. They should make it a simple one piece design like Shimano.
