Thanks for watching! Let me know in the comments here which style you would prefer....High Rise Condo with all the amenities or a multi-level town home with the beach as your front yard? ⛱
Ocean Colony is a very old building. I stayed there in the 69-70. It was very nice then. Shag carpet everywhere. Nothing but woods on the other side of coastal highway back then.
Right on and thanks for watching. Yeah, Ocean Colony’s year built is 1966! A lot has changed for sure but I bet we could still find some shag carpet in on of those units. 🤣
I think anything is possible with mother nature for sure. Hard to believe the inlet was made 80 years ago back in the 1930's! The Army Core of Engineers and the Town of Ocean City spend a lot of money every 7 years to pump sand and build up the beach for storm protection to help prevent future events like that. OC deciding to keep the inlet has put them on the map for one of the largest fishing tournaments in the world.

I would go with a High Rise Condo rather than a house given the flooding risk on a barrier island.
Right on! Always a possibility of flooding when on the water for sure.

Thanks for the 2 tours Rich!
You’re welcome and thanks for watching!💯
It’s just a matter of time when a hurricane creates another inlet in OC.

Excellent I would go with the Gateway Grand
It’s a very nice building🙌🏼
I like the townhome.... I like that 'connection' to the surroundings...
Thanks Donna. I like that too🙌🏼
Very Nice. Gateway for me.. I like the privacy of the balcony.
Yes, definitely get your private space there in the Gateway building. That view too!😍
Love it!!
Thanks for watching Monique! Glad you liked it🙌🏼
That’s a very nice townhome but there’s NO way I’m spending my summer listing to my neighbour‘s conversations..
the condo is sweet !
Ha!, I know what your saying. That condo setup gives lots privacy and those views😍
I would not live in Ocean City even if You paid me !!
I think you’re on the wrong video then 🤣 Where would you prefer to own a property?
I have been to at least 6 shore resorts and nothing comes close to OC MD. Clean quiet town with so many great places to eat.
