Gotta admit it helps just a little to have the franchise four time pro bowl halfback (Marcus Allen) moved to fullback for you so that you don't have to run out of single back packages at the NFL level even with that Oakland Raiders line

No sooner than NFL linebackers realized the only way to stop him was to simply get into the backfield because he couldn't juke whatsoever before he crossed the line of scrimmage using his power Marcus Allen was clever enough to realized he had a better shot at a ring under Al Davis's system staying than moving to another franchise. Bo took all the credit just the same.

mike m I would say you underestimating wilts all around athleticism if you don’t believe he doesn’t deserve to be in that conversation. I mean aside for being the strongest guy in the league during his time by far he was also an amazing track and field athlete. Imagine someone that large also being able to high jump a 6’6 pole and also run 440 meter dash in 50 seconds he was a one of a kind athlete. He also had multiple teams trying to offer him contracts in the Late 80,s when he was in his 50’s so that should tell you the type of physical dominance he had in his prime to be still sought after by the very best at that advanced age. And you can easily look up the stuff I said it’s all true and that was only the first things that popped in my head. There’s a lot more he did.
