    Great Book! Very Informative. And right on target. I've went from 235lbs to 217lbs. In less than 3 months. My weight didn't start flying off till I read this book. About 2 weeks ago.

    ALLERGIC to eggs..so no E for me. All these diets are based on eggs. Someone please write a cookbook with no eggs

    Hello, I was contemplating buying your books but when I looked at the sample recipes I became disheartened. A lot of your recipes are for fish dishes. I never eat fish. I hate fish. I hate the smell of fish cooking. If I liked fish I could never afford swordfish anyway. Shrimp are bottom feeders. How can you eat those nasty things? Think of a single mother of one hungry teenager trying to buy the ingredients in your books; they don't work. Most of the ingredients don't work. How can I buy steak when all I can afford is hamburger. I buy the lean organic kind but still it even costs a lot. Also I don't have a grill. I have a stove, an oven, an air fryer, and a pressure cooker. Most of all of your menus are grill this grill that. I do have a thing that can make smoothies though. A bag of frozen organic berries is 9.94. I have 400.00 a month to buy food and supplies with. That includes cleaning supplies and things like toilet paper, shampoo, soap. etc. So how am I supposed to even be able to buy what is needed for your program? Maybe you should write a book and call it zero belly recipes for the working poor. I am sick to death of buying books with recipes only to find out that they are written for the wealthy or at least the upper middle class. Even the upper middle class is struggling. They are trying to find every way they can just to keep their jobs with facial treatments, nice clothing, a hard body etc. They are up to their ears in debt just trying to keep employed so their children can go to college and hopefully have a future. I feel excluded because I am working class poor. If anyone knows anyway to turn hamburger into steak then let me know. I can afford chicken but eating it every night is not going to help. Also I am supposed to afford plant based protein powder? Where do I get this anyway; Vitamin Cottage? Well protein powder is another 20.00 bucks for a 2 week supply. Yogurt is the cheapest form of protein that can be used in smoothies. I can get a tub of that for five dollars. I dare you to answer this question sir, dare you!

      What do you want him to do because you say you can't afford healthy food? Hamburger IS steak, Do your research and stop belly aching! The book is not written for the wealthy. You are really talking yourself out of getting in shape and losing weight. Everyone has to work and poor is relative. You will remain "poor" because you think like a victim and a poor victim. Dry begging is so beneath you.

      Sorry! At some point we must take responsibility for our health. David isn't TELLING you what to eat as much as he's educating on what is healthy. It is your personal responsibility to take over your body and give it what it needs rather than what it's pleasure is. Stop eating for pleasure and start eating for health. Hard Luck! maybe but pleasure has gotten you to this point. Give wisdom based on knowledge a try.

      I don’t know about you but if you want to be healthy and live longer than your norm. Then you do what you have to do. If you makes too much excuses for yourself. Then you can never be healthy and your bad health will eventually caught up with you. Like they’re says you are what’s you eats. If you eats burgers you will looks like a burger. If you can’t afford to buys yourself vegetables than you have to sprouts your own seeds or micro greens ... micro green are so healthy and so affordable. You can makes your own homemade breads. It’s has diy for those. You have to be creative and do the impossible things for yourself and not making excuses after long excuses for every little things. I mean if you don’t take care of your body now. Then are you waiting to be having a bad health issue to get to in order for you to wake up. By then it’s might be too late. But anyway it’s your choice no matter can helps you. Only you can motivated yourself. You are the only ones that can take control of yourself.
