The images are from a book on Cheng BaGuaZhang that was written and given to me by LiuXinHan's son in law. It is only available in Chinese and can be difficult to find. If you do want to hunt down a copy the only way that has worked for me is to use the the ISBN which is 978-7-5644-0577-9.
one of the coauthors of that book you mention also wrote another book in english (I helped him with this) Liu bin's Zhuang Gong Bagua Zhang, by Zhang Jie. it has this one legged set in it, the 2 legged set, as well as many other of the material LXH taught. not exactly same but obviously from same source.
