Wheaton should stop acting like a self important baby and give it up. I think he kept bringing it up because he thought it was funny and somehow defined him as a player with AI. But after a while it got old and he just clung to it wayyy longer than he needed to and it ended up tearing them apart! But thats... just... like... my opinion... man!
Well, with Scott leaving AI now, I wouldn't be surprised if they brought Wheaton on again, most likely during PAX WEST.
Love the way you put the characters names and faces for initiative in order on the screen! Okay...viewing continues...
The effects are just really nicely done. Initiative, die rolls, map highlighting - great production.

Watch Critical Role!
The cast are all voice actors as is their DM, Matt Mercer, who is - dare I say it - at least as good as Chris Perkins.
Lots of laughs, action and surprisingly deep characters.
Also there's Dice, Camera, Action, a D&D game played via Skype which is DMed by Chris, if that's more your jam.
for some reason, I just can't get into critical role. Maybe it's the weekly 4 hours episodes or the staggering amount of players, or smthn. But I just can't like it. But a lot of people like it, so good for them

Please make these an hour long! This by far beats watching TV series lol. 30 minutes does not satisfy my need for top DnD scenarios Chris and the crew bring to us. Happy to see you started the series but by the time I get into it it's already over :(
I've been going through a lot in life lately and have been pretty depressed. These offer me a little relief from that when they come out. This one came at the the perfect time, thank you for this.. I really needed it right now.

High production values, excellent DMing (As always from Chris), and of course the party is just hilarious. Too, too short though! It always fades to black just as things are getting really good, and I'm like "GOD DAMMIT!"
But man, lol... Between stuff like Scott's Bladerunner reference, and Mike's "What? BET?" reaction to 'The Black Network' I about laughed myself stupid.
I loved the initiative tracker on screen :D
The Whippoorwill cliffhanger was a bit of a letdown, but I'm loving the Viary solo hour. Why is Jerry sitting this whole thing out, he's hardly said a word?
Im sure when the party is back together it will get better. It's hard to participate much when his character isn't even there. And honestly Patrick is doing just an AMAZING job I barely noticed myself :)
In this case because he's playing a character who's pretending to be his own sister. He probably doesn't want to give the people running the place any chances to roll Perception and realize who he is. :P

Oh, and let's have half the group inside a box for no damn reason! Basically, let's have the rogue solo the whole thing. The GM won't expect *that* so it's foolproof!"
+SockPuppet80 I don't know what your talking about. This is entertaining as hell. Obviously all these videos have been segments of a large play session, and they are just building the suspense with how they are releasing them. (And doing a fabulous job I might add). I've played in groups where people have done much dumber shit than this. Those times suck, but based on the context, I think this is playing out well. In the end it's up to Chris how it all goes. He decides weather or not to pull the trigger on Viari. Needless to say this seem to me to be right up a rouges alley. They made a plan, and like most plans, things didn't work out as expected. It's fabulous.
McGuire2778 Of course it's entertaining as hell, did I suggest otherwise? From a gaming perspective, though, they overshot at the planning stage. The GM seems to have expected them to go in as themselves and steal all the keys they need before fighting their way out. But now 3/4 of the group are needlessly stuck doing nothing while the rogue is running around doing all the legwork. And they'll clearly fight their way out regardless.
You all are fantastic and I hope this series gets the views it deserves! Please keep Pat coming back, he's a superstar and Viari rounds out the party so well.

Did Perkins mean Rex as in Latin for King, like Tyrannosaurus Rex? In which case, he either wrote them out Latin magic words ahead of time and noticed an opportunity to show it off, or made the connection in a fraction of a second. Either way, he's so good.
Damn that suspenseful ending. Oh well until next week I guess. Cannot wait.

Come oooon, you do the flowstone thing, then you use some fire to melt the lead, then you do the flowstone thing again, then you can teleport since you have line of sight.
