- El Nido, Philippines-the true definition of a “tropical paradise.” Getting here is no easy feat, which only makes it that much better once you see it with your own eyes. El Nido Tour A came highly recommended online as the best and most diverse island hopping and snorkeling tour, so after checking different prices in central El Nido, Philippines, we decided we would try out Tour A first. We visited the Big Lagoon, Shimizu Island, Secret Lagoon and 7 Commando Beach, quickly finding out why so many people flock to the Philippines’ popular, gorgeous Palawan island.

Secondly, we document our life on the road for family, friends and strangers alike - if our videos help pass on the travel influenza, then we’ve done our job. 😄 We don’t know where this trip will take us, but we promise to ourselves and to you that we will always present both the beautiful and the ugly, because no trip is perfect, and neither is our world. Guys, I've been to THAILAND and other ASEAN countries and they were all amazing country/food/people but loves spicy THAI food the most. Bangkok has more man-made temples and is a concrete jungle for me, but having problems communicating with the locals in going places, while Manila is becoming one also, but easier to move around the huge metro suburbs because everyone speaks fluent English and most of all w/ four (4) Largest Malls in the World !!! With respect to a natural beauty, Philippines tops it all with 7,641 Tropical Paradise Islands surrounded by stunning acqua/blue water beaches (comes w/ white, brown, pink and even black powdery sands close to the volcano), mountains, jungles, forest, hills, volcanoes, waterfalls, rivers, lakes and lots of places for island hopping, cliff jumping, scuba diving, snorkeling, Wakeboarding, Kiteboarding, canyoneering, kayaking, rafting, ziplining, hiking, etc... its like you're in the PARADISE and some places looks like you're in Ireland, New Zealand. Most TH-cam travel vloggers prefer PHILIPPINES because of natural beauty, more adventures, people's hospitality and most of all English is widely spoken and it's the most Westernize nation in Asia. BTW, I'm from VEGAS and will be retiring in the PHILIPPINES next year... SORRY THAILAND !!!
It is so amazing how there can be so many thousands of islands, and yet each one is truly different from the rest and has its own little slice of paradise. Philippinos have the most beautiful country and they are so happy to share it...no wonder you are retiring there! 😄

Idk how you did this 4 days ago. It's Monsoon season and I just came back from there a week ago and so many tours were cancelled due to the horrible weather. I'm guessing you got lucky on one of these days. It's shame too cause El Nido was the whole reason I went there but it's okay, I was still able to do many other tours around Puerto Princesa. Next year I will be there in their summer time and enjoy this heaven. And from me to you. Enjoy Palawan, it's absolutely beautiful place all around.

go to Coron, a ferry trip from El Nido. Dont miss Cebu (Canyoneering), Bantayan, Kalanggaman, Bohol, Dumaluan Beach, Balicasag (ultimate snorkeling island), Siquijor, Camiguin and Siargao. Enjoy the Philippines 😊

Heavy tourism in El Nido is ruining the pleasure of being there I think but it's my opinion! Also using the tours involving boat is really not good for the environnement there you could feel the gasoline in the water at the departure of the tours.
Just take a god damn kayak and go do tour C and some sports, you will enjoy paradise beaches completely alone. I was literally naked for the whole day. Also there are a lot of amazing places around such as Duli beach, San Fernando... totally worth it. :)

Hey Heidi! It was a tour company on the main street in El Nido, one block before you get to the beach. The sign says "Coron Ferry Ticketing Outlet" above the entrance. The price was standard for the area, and the lunch provided was so good! Have so much fun!!

if you would like to experience it with really less people/tourists, you could do a private tour, its a little bit expensive than the one you did, but you will be taken to other beaches and lagoons that very few people go. check out the "jumping places" channel, they recently did that just a few weeks ago
