Note reviews and adverts stating this will work with Google Assistant are misleading.
You can link it and arm or partially alarm via Google but you cannot disarm it via Google.
Alexa does support disarming by asking for your PIN but Google doesn't allow it. Big issue ESPECIALLY due anyone with some disabilities.

Can you connect only the doorlock the this Hub? And can you access it from anywhere? I mean the lock via the Hub

I just bought the hub and module kit for the doorlock and i get the same error trying to register an account. Will probably return this junk as it seems to be a garbage app. The reviews for the app is not flattering.

Yes, and you can activate or deactivate it remotely
