Well, a video of how to install Premium + Alarm Kit HSA6410 would be very helpful. Yale seems to have forgotten that Control Panels differ, as do the symbols used on them do. The vague booklet - Installation - Programming - Operating was not put together by someone with English as their first language. Geoff (900 month old gentleman).
you probably dont care but if you are stoned like me during the covid times then you can stream pretty much all of the new series on InstaFlixxer. Been streaming with my girlfriend for the last days xD
I found overall the instructions were not detailed enough with a lot of gaps to leave you guessing. The video appears to leave out the details about initial dip switch setting & clearing the memory/ learn button on he outside YALE mounted box . Its always the same , nightmare instruction booklets and in gthis case a vague overview .
This video ends suddenly without really having concluded the installation, let alone testing or arming. This is quite apart from the problems mentioned throughout the comments below. Disappointing. As usual with Yale.

Quite agree. Booklet very frustrating. Installation a bit of a nightmare.

Absolutely normal. I've been quite unimpressed with Yale generally. A premium brand with budget products.
