Thanks for the vid. Had the 224 error code and reset problem and boiler is back working. Is it likely to pop up again shortly do you think? Should I get the oiler serviced?

If the boiler is due / nearly due a service I would definitely get it done sooner rather than later and mention the issue.

We have heard of this happening however this is covered under the Worcester Bosch warranty that is included when bought from iHeat
