We desperately need a refresh on the familiar system in Reboot. Being extremely disadvantaged like this makes me question the point of grinding for familiars at all. Great video, I like the solutions proposed as well.
I always envied/thought about playing reboot cuz progression is a lot faster, but the auction market with how good familiars can be early on like rare with 15ied and ranking fam etc, is still never comparable to the scam of a system of B-Pot😂. Ive rage quit/got back on etc reg server so many times cuz how crazy B-Pot consume. Its gotten lil better with the mystic bpot cube going to epic, still B-Pots are scam
As a Scania player, I can 100% confirm the worst issue the game has is Reboot, and nothing to do with gold farmers on all servers with Trade. Not everyone wants a single player game friend.

Your editing is top tier as always, but everything in this video is just straight facts. we already got the Oz removed, we just need red cards right now and we wouldnt be worrying about going to limina for thousands of hours. It legit makes no sense

1) Considering the 1/650 chance of hitting a boss fam, I don't understand why there is even the RNG aspect in upgrading fams, you literally lose hours of farming familiars if you simply fail the 40% chance to upgrade from Epic to Unique 2) Just simply adding fams to Grandis+ would literally solve the issue of being able to progress both your character and your familiars, instead of having to go back to Limina and making barely any exp just because you can't farm familiars anywhere else. Actually such a garbage system
Familiars have been a broken system from the get go and the rework created a power creep between those who farmed epic jr boogies and those who didn’t essentially already making it ANOTHER legacy item that more recent players will never be able to capitalise on.
Just farm to get ied boss drop hp mp heal No need to get 30 40% Im currently using 30boss 30 30 ied 3drop 3 hp mp Just level up get ur gear 22 33% when ur 290 u can continue to get familiar 404040 Before that go get help
Only way I see nexon doing anything close to that is either give you 5 per month from the reward shop, or by buying with maple points. Besides with how they are treating reboot recently with new age and a probably another nerf coming its just not happening

The problem is that even though we've made so much noise on familiars, Nexon has persistently ignored the topic (see their q&a livestream) to the point that people stop bothering about it and the topic never gets addressed. I really hope this system gets addressed sometime in the future, I've opened 3 characters worth of familiars from lvl 245-260 and ive only seen 4 20% boss dmg fams and 1 30% boss dmg fam. Garbage system.
im newly maining a corsair and stepping into mid game right now, where do you farm familiars? im very interested in starting this ASAP, im leveling hard as i can to 230 currently lol
@@yomamasaccount I used to go last horizon 6 in moonbridge, it is a very good map with a very high mob count. After that I went to 1-9 in limina but the mobs are tanky so you might want to stay in lh6.
also do u still recommend going straight to cern at 40 sac i have 30 rn but will have 40 in like 10 days im 42k stat on damage gear and 33k on 100meso 120drop gear which is only 2 hybrids (sadge) do you think im ready and if not, should i sacrifice some drop/meso in order to get better exp rates?
Please for the love of gods reroll cards. The familiar system has been fucked basically since it’s release. Just give us reroll cards and treat is as an extension to cubing.
Thanks for saying this, as a new player I’m very much not a fan of older players having these familiars which give a HUGE advantage, while it’s impossible for new players to get them. It makes no sense. I just uninstalled the game
Dude just remove familiars. It’s a shit system, especially in reboot. I only have 3 15% common ied fams and gave up trying to get anything else. I’m 263 and there’s no way I’ll go back to Limina just to farm familiars.
Honestly the previous familiar system was straight up better. Do dragonrider, get the leafre set for ied in your codex, grind whatever familiar you need knowing what stats you would get from it in advance. There was no need to make it so grindy and it just made the game worse and more boring.
Just add Red Cards for meso nexon ezpz PLSPLSPLSPLS. With maple coming out with so many good patches and updates, this absolutely needs to happen. Tired of using ugly fams, tryna use my neo tokyo fams.
Can we speak about Gear Progression as well? Abso gets irreverent too fast and the only reason Abso isn't getting ditch one side is because Arcane is a bitch to get. Abso is also annoying to get with weekly that gate you with 1 coin per week (Not consider side character just your main itself)

Hello. In reboot do you have to transition to arcane gear to do end game content or like reg server just stick with abso???
you can liberate in reboot with abso, but in general if you are looking to push further, then going arcanes are better.

Idk it’s hard to tell but go and try to one shot with your training gear, then go train in grandis
