All explore soundtracks and main theme of Morrowind. Music by Jeremy Soule, Game by Bethesda. Every day i fell asleep with this compilation playing, I imagine myself exploring the world of Morrowind as a Nerevar Reborn.
I've played all the Elder Scrolls games from Arena to ESO...... but I'll never forget the first time I played Morrowind..... I was utterly blown away by everything this game was.
i remember playing this when i was a little shit running scared from guars pissing my pants over daedra not realising that you had to sleep to level up....
You can make your own spells, enchant your own weapons, make your own potions, you can dive for pearls and most of all you can fly! Best game with best music, ever.
I bought Morrowind by chance at Target one day shopping. Looked cool and I hadn't been into gaming for a long time, at the time I was 35 years old and was interested in what computer games had become in the 20 years I had forgotten about them. Brought it home and loaded it up... Changed my life, seems silly, but just wow, hadn't had that much fun alone and in wonder in a long time. It's stuck with me ever since. Getting older, I hope I can hold on to the enchantment! Lol.
gives me so much nostalgia..used to play this with my brother when we were little (me 13,him 9 ,im 24 now ) we switched turns for the computer and we were fighting who should stay longer ..we didnt had internet only this game ...parents only allowed us to play 3 hours per day ,but when they were both working we stayed up until 3 am in the morning to complete morrowind missions ...good times
Something about the way the music keeps playing when you enter caves and dungeons adds SO much to the immersion...just makes the game feel like home. Hard to describe why.
The second song, peaceful waters, gets me everytime. Its so perfect with its mood, and Just brings me back to a time I slept outside because I couldn't afford then inn early in the game, only to awake with an assassin trying to end me. After slaying him, the rain began to fall and wash away the blood of his defeat, and just as he fell and the rain began to fall harder, this song played to accent everything perfectly.
Make it quick, Outlander. I haven't much time
i foolishly expect that one day there would be a MMORPG with same level of emotion immersion
This music makes me very homesick...

Anyone else remember when Morrowind's graphics were considered good?
they just don't make games like they used to.

This... When you're out in the swamps searching for the Apprentice ring.

When a towns person says they have no time for you and then you talk to them and they say "greetings friend, how may I assist you?"
"Ah, greetings!"
