- There can be many reasons behind low mileage of a Motorcycle.One of them is leakage of petrol from carburetor. In this video I explained, different reasons behind leakage of petrol from carburetor and how to solve them in best possible way.

Today, while cleaning the carburetor; that small pin comes out randomly . I don't know where it is to be fixed and I fixed without that.., then the problem started , the petrol leakage occurred. .After I saw your video, I fixed as you told and now no leakage.

@@mainakghosh2089 sir kabhi kabhi tank kai rusting aanai sai float pin jaaldi jaaldi damage hota hai.
Carburetor change kaarnai pai bhi yai problem phir sai kuch din mai aayeggi.

आपका हर वीडियो सटीक जानकारी वाला होता है। ज्यादातर मैकेनिक बेवकूफ बनाकर पैसे लूटते हैं। मेरे बाइक में भी पेट्रोल लीकेज की समस्या थी, स्क्रू टाईट करने के बाद काफी हद तक समस्या चली गई। मै फ्लोट पिन बदलवाने की सोच रहा हूं।
एक बाइक मिस्त्री ने कहा कि पूरा कार्बोरेटर बदलना होगा, तभी माइलेज देगा।
मै आरपीएम मीटर खरीदने वाला हूं क्यूंकि सटीक माइलेज सेट करना किसी मिस्त्री के बस की बात नहीं। अनुमान लगाने से बेहतर है कि मीटर से सही आरपीएम की जानकारी हो जाए।

Very informative and helpful video...I have a wierd problem similar to what you mentioned here. While my engine is running, after sometime the rpm of the engine increases suddenly and petrol starts flowing from the overflow pipe. I cleaned the carburettor and changed the float pin, but the issue is still not resolved. Can you please help as what may be the problem?

Jo screw tide or loose kiya woh damage hua hai matlab thread gaya hai toh woh cap alag se milta hai ki pura carburator change karna padega ( Gixxer 155 bs3 model)

Sir, mere paas Fascino scooty h jiske handle me se noise aata h jab bhi wo kisi road k jerk me jaati h, or mene iske liye kai baar complaint kari but service center wale sirf use tight kar dete h or kuch kilometres k baad wo phir awaj suru ho jati h. So please aap iska koi solution batao. If you have.
I tested my Hunk's carb the same way you explained in the video and the syringe trigger was being sucked back by the float valve sealing pressure. I have cleaned and installed everything back properly but it still leaks 1-2 drop petrol through the drain tube after every ride. What to check for now?

mere Honda Twister ka float pin showroom wale mechanic ne ghuma diya,o r duplicate lgaya,me bhut pareshan hua over flow ke karan...

मुझे टीवीएस स्कूटी ईएस के बारे में कुछ पूछना है मेरी गाड़ी 2003 माॅडल है उसका बेल्ट मेने चेंज करा है तो उसके रोलर भी चेंज करे है तो उन रोलर में ग्रीस लगाना चाहिए या नहीं लगाना चाहिए और उसकी गियर शाफ्ट व कल्च की साफ्ट पर ग्रीस लगाना चाहिए या नहीं लगाना चाहिए और कल्च कटोरे को पुरा खोल के साफ करने से उसके पिकअप में फर्क पड़ेगा क्या कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें ।

Does this problem occurs recently in moped ? I faced it for first time when my Mahindra Duro petrol drained in market place and rickshaw wala told from back side your petrol is overflowing. I just given my Duro to garage

Self Repair GURUji please explain if the air fuel mixture screw on the carb has any effect on the fuel economy of the vehicle. I have played a lot with my activa 3g carb air fuel screw and did not find any change in average kmpl. Its just to adjust idle mixture and has no effect when accelerator is opened. Please guide

Sir my bike unicorn 160 give average less than 39km/l always when i check reserve to reserve but when i check from bottle test 100 or 200 ml petrol it gives 55 to 48 km /l in worst drive now there is no petrol leak smell and i cleaned my caborater as well and checked by numbers of mechanic now plz help and tell where my petrol gone plz.

Yai problem coil assembly ya phir carburetor kai fault sai hota hai. Carburetor aachai sai clean kijiyai specially all the Jets.

My yamaha fazer was set aside for 6 months now no clutch when i pull the clutch lever on gear the vehicle wont move forward. Changed clutch cable no use only move in nutral. Can you help please
Adjust the clutch cable properly. You should feel the tension while applying the clutch. Make sure no part is missing in the link.
Self Repair GURUji i have replaced the clutch cable and tightened it for maximum tension and still it is loose and not working
Bhai please help me. Meri 2007 cbz xtreme k carburetor se roz petrol girta tha. Drain nut full tight h. Aj khol kr bhi check krliye, float pin bhi new dal di. But jab pack krke fuel on kiya to fir drain pipe me petrol girne laga. Kya karu?
Check the seating area. Sometimes it contains some impurities or damaged surface
@@selfrepairguruji but drain pipe wale hole se arha hai. Pura carb khol kr clean krke sealant se pack kiya h.
