Metal detecting x7 different school & park tot lots in today’s video with the Equinox 800 metal detector in Park 1 Mode using the 11” coil. Join me for some digging, some fun finds, gold?! & rings #14, #15, #16 & #17 of the year, Char 😊💍💍 💍 💍😊
These hunts all took place in August through October, 2021. Glad we now have some cooler weather here in Texas!

Equipment used in most of my videos:
Metal detectors are Garrett AT Pro, Garrett AT Max and Minelab Equinox 800.
Digging Tools are Lesche Sampson 31” Double Serrated Shovel, Razorback Shovel, Lesche Hand Digger, Fiskars Rake rand various other shovels, cultivators and rakes.
Pinpointer is the waterproof Garrett Pro-Pointer AT AKA the Garrett Carrot.
Finds Pouch is by Garrett.

Yes, the cooler weather can keep us out longer, hahaha. Scenic views are awesome. Kevin Macleod on your music selection is very good. He's my go to. I love the parks and always partial to them. The coins are nice. I'm always hopeful the religious medallions and rings are discovered and returned but I know the challenges to make this happen. What a beautiful day to hunt. You cleaned up the park as well. Just an excellent video with a lot of fun and education. Thumbs up - Lucky 77!!

It really was! But all hunts were on different days so just short hunts. Always good to get the trash off the tot lots. I am so used to finding costume jewelry that when I find gold I’m always in denial lol! Better luck next time lol! Take care, Char😊

This was a most successful hunt! The Gold Chain was the star, and you got a nice chunk of change in clad coins… it adds ups up and pays for the hobby.

Hi Janson! I know right?!! Clad is good and yes so much bling lol! But fun. Hope you are well. I took the 5 day antibiotic pack too but still not well. Been sick for 28 days!! Chest X-ray today looked okay. Put me on steroids, inhalers and cough meds. Started it all and going to try and rest! I will catch up on your channel soon. Wellness needed so I can go detecting!

Awesome finds for tot lots Char ! Sorry I’m so late seeing this ! I think I’m going to invest in a better detector this spring . It was -20 C here this morning I think that’s around -4 F , so won’t be doing much detecting for a few months lol

LOl on the chain! I found one exactly like that one two days ago. Exact same links and marking and its a fake! Found it in a tot lot in a wealthy section of OKC. Weighted in at 2.25 ounces. Even marked 750. Copper plated junk. I will be posting it soon, you'll see its the same chain. Got my blood going too when i first found it. Nice vid.
Haha! Thanks. I couldn’t believe I found that! How the heck does someone lose a chain that big and it gets buried?! It was near some monkey bars
so maybe a kid lost it off of his neck and that’s why the clasp was still secured. It definitely has that copper smell. I’m sure thousands were sold to unsuspecting people thinking they were getting a deal. Always shysters. You know when you find gold there is no metallic odor. I never believe I’ve found gold until I prove it anymore lol! Take care, Char😊
Exacltly where i found mine. Kid horsing around and never felt it leave the neck. Getting cooler here so was probably wearing itoutside ofthe shirt, around the collar. Mine was marked 18k and 750 on the clasps, just like yours. Found it under the mulch. used the XP Deus in this case.

Great group of hunts and a nice variety of finds! That’s a huge haul of spendies! Tot lots are great for those! Too bad the chain was not gold. Just cruel on us detectorists to mark fake stuff as such! Nice to get a bit of silver though! Tokens and rings always nice to find even if the rings are bling! Nice to get some things to give to your little one! TC and happy hunting!
