    Hello again from Fiji Islands, I enjoyed watching your video. You got a lot of unusual discoveries, well done. That's my usual hunt, mostly junk and a random nice piece. Thanks for sharing, until next time. Have a great weekend Natalie 🙋‍♀️😊👍

    Deja vu looked like my normal hunts minus the quarters lol. Good job showing everything gives a good example of what it's really like out hunting, newbies see other videos and think it's all silver and coins. Good job! Thanks, Clinton

    • @RelicHuntingSouthTexas
      @RelicHuntingSouthTexas  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Clinton! Yes the quarters were a bonus and it always cracks me up as my family insists they have never dropped a coin in their life lol! Ya most my hunts are about like this and sometimes door knocking even turns up nothing on some days. The silver and gold and old coin days always get your adrenaline pumping though for sure!

    I can definitely relate to diggin a lot of trash on family owned property lol. Keep swinging and the finds will get better. That’s what I keep telling myself lol. Take care.

    • @RelicHuntingSouthTexas
      @RelicHuntingSouthTexas  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sometimes I think I’ve already found all the good stuff then something comes out of the ground that I really like and surprises me like a military button or a Mercury Dime that was masked by the iron. You just never know but yes with old farm properties you’re gonna work for it! Fortunately for me I just enjoy the dig and finds are a bonus! I honestly don’t even care what I find but I try to keep going until I find at least something that I find interesting like the hook. For me this kind of hunt is the most enjoyable because “it is what it is” you know. At some permissions where my expectations are high I am always pushing myself in different ways- like find jewelry, find more coins or something silver or something good. With this it’s just chill and it’s nice to just relax. Lol! Have a great night and thanks for watching!~ Char😊

  • @KENDAandhisORB

    A very solid hook you have found! A gear from a toy? Maybe? Great find! Thanks for sharing! :D

    • @RelicHuntingSouthTexas
      @RelicHuntingSouthTexas  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Ken. Thank you! I wondered if that was part of a toy but I guess it could be anything. It’s as good of a guess as any though! The hook may have been attached part of farm equipment and you attached a chain to it as it is very heavy duty.

    I've found those Schrader nuts and been tossing them. Glad you told me what they were :). Good stuff :) I found a 1930 Kiss O' Love Rouge Compac today in an older park. It isn't very pretty but I could identify it :).

    • @RelicHuntingSouthTexas
      @RelicHuntingSouthTexas  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks! And definitely! And there was more of course than I show as usual. When I watched your video earlier it reminded me of how I’d like to take a picnic area and just clear out a small area of pulltabs to see if I could find any coins or jewelry. I always mean to do this but never find anything and move on. I need to put my smaller coil on and give it go sometime again. I know of a few spots that there just has to be something there.

    You are so cute Char 🤗. I hadn't seen your face before and I was like OMGoodness she's young, unlike lots of us in this hobby 🤣. I hope everyone in your family is staying well ☺️. I hope I don't seem creepy saying this 😳

    • @RelicHuntingSouthTexas

      Thanks Kaye! I am not young at all. I’m in my 50s! I am the age I am lol! I was in my last video a little bit too btw! My friend took a few clips for the video. And I have two small children under the age of six and am crazy busy! My son is home sick from Kindergarten with illness number 3 of the year already. My poor kids. Can’t wait to get sick again(insert sarcasm here 😢). I was hoping to be able to take my daughter to the children’s museum and the zoo and parks during the day but it hasn’t worked out bc one of us is always ill. She is coughing from his last illness and now he is vomiting! Blah! And they can’t go back to school without a negative Covid swab so either you go do that or it’s an automatic 10 days off. Not enjoying this at all. Thanks for watching Kaye hope all is well for you and you are healing up more from your surgery. Sounds like it’s been quite a process. Have a good day and ttyl, Char😊
