Yasher koach. Amazing intuitive and analytical depth of understanding . Creating a philosophy for life from the confusion of our generation. Classifying the ego as our insecurity and the I as true self. We need more of this kind of understanding and approach. Need to nurture the mind to think and ask the questions to inner self.

I agree, we need much more of his approach. Hopefully this is a start

Lovely, profound discussion. Really talks about what many of us are experiencing in our generation. But not one mention of Moshiach and redemption?? This is the natural outgrowth of all the concepts discussed here. It is a shame that he didn't reach the natural conclusion that is so important to us and the Rebbe's mandate.

@25:30 with a cookie on the side..... nailed it! How can we appreciate the depth of the chidush in the rebbes maamarim if we don't transcend ourselves to a higher level

My Rav, Rabbi Yussie Zakutinsky addressed your הערה at the 9/10 Kislev farbrengen for the Mitteler Rebbe and added that the Friediker Rebbe similarly had no direct identification as the previous rebbe. He explained that the 2nd and 6th rebbes correspond to בינה and יסוד which are both חיים בעצם to the point where the יסוד is called אבר חי. The chiddush of the Mitteler Rebbe and the Friediker Rebbe by the same token was that chassidus was life itself as is indicative of the story that if you cut the finger of the Mitteler Rebbe chassidus would flow out…

@15:15 its known the the Friediker rebbe and the rebbe Maharash looked very similar. that being said, we also know that when the Rebbe Maharash would SMILE at someone, the person would tremble in fear and complete awe.

This was really good. I feel though this was only part 1, looking forward to a further discussion on why kids aren't interested in school and yeshivah anymore.
Dont be scared to discuss difficult topics. I've realised in life, people will just get annoyed with you whether you meant it or not.
    So just enjoy it.
Eventually it becomes fun. You know you're gonna wind them up either way. It becomes a good outlet.

The "theology" was sheer nonsense, talk to anyone with an actual Degree in natural theology or propositional logic or any branch of philosophy for that matter bec this is ridiculous

the statement made at 1:19:09 that "intellectually knowing if god exists is unanswerable" renders God as unfalsifiable that a theory can't be tested counts against a theory

In addition to that specification you claimed people are never lost because of a lack of proof but rather because of a "broken trust" this is absolutely false
