    royal enfield has 10 years on good old Harley. Harley was founded in 1903, RE in 1893.
    RE is built in India(originally in england) because in the 50s the Indian government ordered large amounts of bikes for their military and police. The bullet 500 REALLY hasn't changed much in its production since then.
    Their all hand built. They're still made of steel, not crap plastic fairings so when u drop ur bike now it's time to buy a new fairing.
    Sure it vibrates. Yes bolts might come loose. I read on forums that some are better than others and it's a matter of tightening said bolt, or using locktite and ur done. I've also heard numerous owners saying that once u get past the break in period it gets dramatically better.
    I love that this isn't a run of the mill from the big 4. No it doesn't go fast. No its not butter smooth but it's different, in all aspects. I mean what do we have here in the states... The Harley guys, and the rocket riders.
    What ever happened to the wind in the hair, cruising, just you your bike and the road? I know there's guys who do that but it just seems like it's all about being on a 600 or literbike, looking for bragging rights on how fast u can go, or your with the Harley crowd, leather galore.

    Royal enfield is a miracle machine it works and stays alive longer you can barely buy a bike in your 25yr and can give the same bike to your son with few fixes when your at 50yrs old there are many vintage royal enfield still works in our cities

    I didn't expect an Enfield review. I love the old Bullets.

    The Royal Enfield Bullet is officially the worlds longest running single model still being manufactured. FULL STOP!

    How would this bike compare to a Yamaha SR400?

      @townsey5612 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's hard to compare. Royal enfield ls are a real pleasure to ride and are fun. The sr400 has better performance but just lacks the whole experience of a enfield.
