I still cannot get over that he was paying $1000 more than the contract was asking; and it is outright theft that a month to month lease can cause you to pay as much as a thousand dollars more. I think the judge should have given him at least 10K They threw everything out including his paperwork and important docs so he wouldn’t have had receipts for a lot of his stuff. But I’m glad he got something
