@thefonzkiss father taught her well. Never admit or report any wrongdoings when there are no witnesses. Had the plaintiff not witnessed the accident, there was no way the daughter would have told anyone she hit the neighbor's car. She would have driven away.

Without a doubt, had the plaintiff not witnessed the accident, the daughter defendant would have driven off and never told anyone about hitting the neighbor's car. Her father taught her at a very young age to never admit or report any wrongdoing if there aren't any witnesses. The plaintiff standing there boastful, puffing his chest out cocky and prideful. He reminded me of birds blowing their chest feathers out to intimidate and appear larger. 😂
The plaintiff seems to have Napoleon syndrome. 😅

Yes. He as anger management problems and she was clearly afraid to tell him about hitting the neighbor's car. Father had no intention of teaching his daughter about doing the right thing and how she must own up to her responsibilities as a license driver and be accountable for damage, no matter how insignificant the damage seems to her or anyone else. The Defendant is complaining the insurance company didn't contact him until August. That's because they jerked the Plaintiff around for months. It’s so interesting how JM can really dig into some people for less dishonorable behavior
This guy deserved to really be told about himself particularly giving his young daughter the worst example
On how to handle car accidents
    Terrible behavior

I can't stand listening to that dishonest defendant. I can't imagine how gross he is to deal with. Why do people lie about such stupid things?

I'm starting to wonder how many minor car accidents the Judge gets into? Like, is Judge Milian a bad driver?

The defendant’s father is a crook & a liar and his daughter is spoiled 💯 if that were my child I would have paid the plaintiff in full and my child would go get a job in order to refund me that’s the bottom line !

The pictures of the damage that the plaintiff provided were terrible. You couldn't see the damage if there was any to begin with. The judge should have gone outside to look at the car in person if it was driven there. How she ruled for the plaintiff in the entire amount doesn't make a lot of sense based on the evidence presented.

1st of all the dad should have just fixed it before 8 months passed, that's crazy, but...
2nd of all the daughter hit the car and she's 18. I understand defending your daughter but when she clearly messed up, she should be the one paying as a lesson in responsibility
