I’d be horrified if I had a daughter smiling and laughing like a buffoon in court. The fact that the father was laughing along with her just shows what kind of person he is, smh.
@thefonzkiss father taught her well. Never admit or report any wrongdoings when there are no witnesses. Had the plaintiff not witnessed the accident, there was no way the daughter would have told anyone she hit the neighbor's car. She would have driven away.
Defendant is a horrible person. I'm willing to bet money that if his own car got hit and scratched like that, the defendant would be up in arms and aggressively seeking compensation or repairs.
Without a doubt, had the plaintiff not witnessed the accident, the daughter defendant would have driven off and never told anyone about hitting the neighbor's car. Her father taught her at a very young age to never admit or report any wrongdoing if there aren't any witnesses. The plaintiff standing there boastful, puffing his chest out cocky and prideful. He reminded me of birds blowing their chest feathers out to intimidate and appear larger. 😂 The plaintiff seems to have Napoleon syndrome. 😅
Yes. He as anger management problems and she was clearly afraid to tell him about hitting the neighbor's car. Be an adult and do the right thing.
@@Crazycatlady71oh yes, the anger management issues that also force him to solve all her little princess problems and not to learn anything about being accountable. Even going on this show teaches her nothing; producers pay the settlement.
I believe everything the plaintiff said just from how these defendants are acting in court. Her dad is doing her a disservice with his behavior because she's going to think being a liar and bully is going to get her what she wants. She hit it, pay for it!
Still, 18 is an adult. The only thing I could figure is that it was the dad’s insurance that would have paid if he had been honest and admitted the claim was legit. So once he lied and the insurance denied the claim, the plaintiff should have sued both driver and dad.
The daughter is just as dishonest as the father. Maybe even worse. She hit a man’s car and pretended like nothing happened then told him she had to go. Can you imagine?
Does anyone else find it disturbing that the dad is willingly covered for his daughters mishap, making excuses for it, and not taking ownership for what she did.
He needs to show the insurance company this tape so they can drop him. Also judge is yelling "you're the same person", no. The plaintiff just speaks with his body and has since the beginning. He wasn't doing any peacock nonsense she was trying to attach to men like she always does. He didn't show out or show off anything, he got his car hit and wanted his money. Simple.
I don't think it's fair to say plaintiff and defendant are the same person. Defendant's a big hot headed liar and horrible example for his daughter, plaintiff is fair and waiting on his money
I agree, I didn't think the plaintiff was being boastful, I think he was confident who was right. And yes, I believe the defendant stuck his head in the plaintiff car and yelled at him. Hot headed bully.

@lisakimble6633 Maybe you're related to the plaintiff to defend his equally silly behavior?? He's obviously small in stature and was trying to dogfight the big defendant.
