A general comment for your channel is to consider either using a tripod to mount your camera on so you don't have to hold it all the time, or use a chest or head mount for the camera. I hope that my I jector come out and I hope this fixes an oil leak that is leaking o ot the exhaust Manifold and stinking out the cabin when stationary. One tip about injector removal (from another how to guide) is to use a spanner to twist the injectors axially to free them up from any rust/crust locking them in place, then hopefully the removal tool is not required. @@MarcelHVAC yes, twisted them a little ockwose-antiockwise with a spanner to crack/loosen, then they pulled out without a problem. Wasn't my problem though, it was my oil filter housing Gasket which had been pulled and then refitted with silicone everywhere causing a fairly major oil leak. Once I removed the housing and fitted a new OEM Gasket, all is good. No more leaks and no burning fumes in the cabin.
Dude… this video has been really helpful for me! I’m in the process of changing the rocker cover, it’s now off but what sealant did you use and what cleaning method did you use to remove the old oils ect for the cover please
Informative video thanks, but please use a mount for your camera. All of the constant moving around and zooming in and out makes the viewer dizzy and frankly, feeling motion sickness!
Hi mate, had mine removed the other day thinking I need only to replace the gaskets, but turned out someone had already tried some sealant repair in one corner at the back, so waiting for new rocker cover delivered tomorrow to finish. I have just a quick question as I can't find anywhere any definite answer - what are the correct torque spec on the rocker cover bolts when tightening them? Is it 15Nm? Cheers.

@@jaymatthews2399 I used oven cleaner from Home Bargain in UK and as for sealant I got one from Halfords that is resistant to high temperatures

How long did it take you to change that rocker cover gasket please?
With all cleaning was quite long, in my case it was nearly 3 hours, but if your fuel injectors are clean it should take about an hour
