    Good afternoon Amy. Your information is so good sooner or later you will have tons of subscribers, hang in there. 🙂
    I find that for me, one key is not to even buy junk food. I was hooked on chips for example. I would mindless eat them as I watched TH-cam after dinner, often grabbing the bag as I put my dishes in the sink from dinner! That was over a year ago. I don't even buy chips anymore. If I crave salty and crunchy, I eat peanuts or another nut. But I find I moderate better with the nuts.
    I made your snowball cookies again. They are so good. But I do worry about sugar. It's just not something we need to add to our diets I feel, along with adding salt.. which I admit I do. But for salt I will go with, it's all about balance. ;-)

      You’ve made some great changes with the chips and found a way to enjoy those salty, crunchy cravings in a healthier way with nuts! Moderation really is key. I'm so happy to hear you made the snowball cookies again! What i love about that recipe is it is makes a small batch, just enough to enjoy a treat with a little fiber from the almond flour too. Everything in balance is definitely the goal!
