  • 椰汁合桃烤年糕 ~ 這個年糕又香右酥 ~ 口感Q彈又不黏牙 ~ 材料好簡單又易取 ~ 最重要是非常容易做
    ~ 零失敗的底升糖配方 ~ 快來做個賀新年啦 ~
    圓形糕盤 Cake pan : 7” round x 2 set
    材料 ingredients :
    糯米粉 glutinous flour 360g
    澄麵 Wheat starch 40g
    羅漢果糖 monk fruit extract / erythritol 250g
    有機雞蛋 organic whole egg 3 pcs
    有機椰漿 organic coconut milk 400ml
    溶液牛油 melt unsalted butter 120g
    鹽巴 salt 1/8 tsp
    無鉛泡打粉 baking powder 1 tsp (aluminum free)
    有機香草精 organic venilla extract 1 tsp
    萬越莓 cranberry 70g
    合桃 walnut 150g
    預熱焗爐 preheat oven : 190c 度焗 bake 15分鐘, 轉170c 焗 bake 20-25分鐘, 開旋風 fan on 5-10分鐘至金黃
