  • Every Chinese New Year, when I bake this kind of rice cake, some good memories will emerge in my mind.
    I remembered when I was working in a senior care home Mrs. Chen would make this kind of rice cake for us every Chinese New Year, and every time she save the biggest portion for me. Then one day she shared her recipe with me. Although we haven't seen each other for a long time now, but every year at this time, I will think of her again, it is indeed a very good memory. So now, when Chinese New Year approaching I would like to share it with everyone of you !
    每年的新年,焗這一款年糕,都會浮現一些美好的回憶在我腦海裡。
    記起以前在老人院工作的時候,每逢新年,有一位陳太就會做這款年糕請我們吃,而且每一次她都留下最大份給我。之後還把這個配方分享予我。雖然現在我們已經很久沒見面了,但是每一年的這個時侯,就會讓我再次想起她,那是一個很好的回憶。今天就把陳太的食譜與大家分享吧!
    Ingredients:
    One pack of glutinous rice flour
    Baking powder 2tsp
    one can of coconut milk
    1 cup of Evaporated milk
    2 cups of brown sugar
    4 eggs
    Walnuts
    材料:
    糯米粉一包,
    泡打粉 2 匙
    椰漿一罐,
    花奶1杯,
    黃糖2杯
    鷄蛋四個
    核桃適量

    請問糯米粉的份量是一包,是否500g?
