- FIRST DRIVE: The id.4 is getting some updates for 2024 from Volkswagen. On the outside you will discover new 20in and optional 21in wheels. On the inside there is a larger 12.9in infotainment screen with standard navigation. Powering the id.4 is standard (1) motor for RWD or (2) motors for AWD. The ID.4 has MORE horsepower & GREATER range. Is the 2024 VW ID.4 a BETTER new SUV to buy than a Honda Prologue?
