I have a 2024 and bought a 3.5” dual black tip and left resonator. Then dumped side exit in front of passenger rear tire. Looks great no drone kindof loud when you get into it but hey 290 bucks and I can put my stock back on in 20 min since it’s at the clamp.
Sounds pretty good from the outside, that interior drone isn’t too bad either. Before my f150 I had a sti with headers, dp, catback etc so my definition of tolerable drone or loudness may be a bit skewed. On my f150 I initially went with thermal r and d catback, however it just wasn’t loud enough for my taste, sounded like what a stock v8 should sound like from factory. I’m currently waiting on my corsa xtreme in the mail, hoping that does it for me.
Nice man! Ya the corsa xtreme is definitely louder and sounds really good, i just didnt wanna piss of my neighbors too much so i ended up getting the rc, since its moderate and still sounds good under load
It was pretty raspy at higher rpm, not crazy bad though, i was driving it around with only manifold and y pipe, so it would pry be different with tailpipes, imma post a short tonight of it
Sounds kind of like a Flowmaster does the inside of the muffler have a v diverter for the exhaust like a Flowmaster or the Flowmaster knockoffs or is it a perforated core of the muffler has a v diverter for the exhaust or is it a perforated core with fiberglass or stainless type packing just curious because I know I had a Flowmaster back in the day it sounded good before I had my coyote but it did drone a lot because of the design, now I'm leaning towards the flow FX dual in and out sorry for all the questions just curious it sounds great
Im not sure i didnt look inside of the muffler, just threw it on, this system doesnt drone much, when ur cruising at the same speed its damn near silent, until cylinder deactivation

I just did a muffler delete on ours. Thinking about putting a race muffler in place of the resonator to see how that sounds.
My 2018 sounded good with no muffler or resonator, as long as you dont care about waking your neighbors in the morning 😂
@ was is super raspy in the higher rpms? I want to stay away from that.

@@AllGas_TVI’d appreciate that, thank you. Im hoping a race muffler in place of the resonator would make it alil louder but not raspy.
Sweet

Sounds good! Where in Michigan are you? I'm also from Michigan!
Detroit area
@@AllGas_TV I'm in west Mi
Sounds good, drone is going to get on your nerves if you tow.
Ya it sucks if your on a phone call, but i normally have radio up so its never bothered me
How does it sound when it does the cylinder deactivation?
Hate they do that feature
U can definitely tell when it activates but its not bad at all
I just turn mine off@Affliction181
