You are a STRAIGHT SHOOTER, Doc. You went straight to the points. Others would beat around the bush just to give more content minutes or hours. Thanks for going straight to the points. I love you channel❤
I've been seeing so many fear based articles regarding these medicines.... As in heart shrinkage & going blind!!!🙃🙃 Meanwhile I'm in love w/semiglutide, i feel my body finally does what it always should have!!
I follow a fodmap diet, due to bowel issues . You hit the nail on the head here, a lot of plant based foods are a nightmare for inflammation bowel problems , ibs etc. in saying that semaglutide has really sorted my bowel problems out. Game changer. 🐨💗
Granted, I'm only 2 weeks in (using Zepbound vials) but after years of suffering with IBS, I haven't had a single episode. I became so curious that I googled it and it does appear that others are finding the same thing. I'm also lactose/casein - A1 intolerant but I haven't tested that part yet. Just rejoicing in the relief I'm having right now. By the way, the A2 A2 milk has changed the whole game for me but most American-made products don't use it. Thank you for all this info. 🙏
While I didn't have IBS, I had pretty bad acid reflux - bad enough that I was clearing a bottle of tums weekly. Changed my eating, lost a bunch of weight, haven't touched a tum in months. THese medicines will change the world as soon as people stop the stigma around them.
@@GeekyMitch That's so great! Yeah, I agree! (assuming you're on a GLP-1) People need to change their mindset to 'Obesity is a disease' (as the AMA has admitted) and then allow us to comfortably manage it. We don't 'blame' people for getting cancer or arthritis!
what electrolyte would you recommend what I find online is still full of additional sugars I sweat a ton because i run/bike for 60+ minutes and I just feel my body needs some form of hydration more than just water so I have been taking just a cup of gatorade but do feel like this has cause my weight to stay a bit stagnant for a week
Doctor just prescribed ozempic. I'm in my 60's, 100lbs overweight and now have type 2 diabetes and I'm also addicted to sugar. I've only been on ozempic for 5 days and I've lost 3lbs. I don't seem to have the sugar cravings or an appetite for that matter. No diarrhea or constipation some nausea though. Love candy but I've stopped eating it 5 days ago. I think I'm gonna eat mainly meat ie beef, chicken, fish, pork and eggs. Kinda suxs that my doctor started me on this at this time of year, but I realize they are trying to save my life. They gave me a chance to get my weight under control and I wasn't able to so now they have to do something. We are gonna have beef roast, probably potato and garden salad for x-mas dinner. Hopefully I have an appetite as it seems like I only eat a tiny bit and then don't feel like eating.
Hello Sir, Ma'am, the outlook of your channel is very beautiful and your posts are very beautiful, but the views and subscribers on your channel are much better than the videos. If you don't do SEO of your channel, your channel will not grow .and will never appear on the top of the TH-cam search ranking
You’ve pretty much wiped out my entire food menu! Everything that I’ve learnt is good for me for the past 5 months. I’ve still lost weight though. Now what? 😠

Natural eloctrolytes are easy to male out of squezed orange, a pinch of epsom salt and a bit of coconut water. Add some ice and enjoy
LMNT electrolytes and Jig Saw brand are two that I really like.
Instant hydration or Cure

It’s not medical advice, but you’re giving it to a patient? So is it health advice from a doctor that you’re talking about weight loss medicine
