Dominic and team, thanks for sharing a day in your workout regimen. I am training my 9 year-old and 8 year-old boys-the 8 year-old wants to have a one-handed backhand as good as yours! We love seeing the intense physical training workouts you do-please keep sharing these videos! I’m curious-do you wear a heart-rate monitor all the time during training?
