During tournament about 2 hour or 3 hours(usually splited hours of 2 hour hitting and might add 1 hour of mixed conditioning and strengthing or not, ) if not playing a match on that day. Match day usually just a hour(usually splited too) of warm ups and stretchings. Sometimes in between tournament depends on how they feel physically they have no training at all for a day our two just to recover the body( but physio and massage might be done on there days).
Yep, they also monitor it regularly during practice with the watch. Its important for them to not go over a certain heart rate and just know how their rate is at the moment.
