I did everything and now im just trying to slide the drawer into the desk and it won't slide. It gets stuck halfway through. Ive tried a hundred times.
Idk what my sister did but she somehow things got stuck in the back of the drawer and it got me really frustrated until I found this video and he is a big life saver

Only one hole out of three for several of the glides matched up. You also have to have the glide all the way close to the front which they don’t say! Illustration shows glide is full length of drawer but it isn’t so you have to guess where to put it. Like I said only one hole matches up no matter what. This is the file cabinet but the desk went together fine.
Well, here's the crazy thing. Before the pandemic, my backpack strap (the hanging fabric that is meant to adjust the strap length) fell in my work drawer and got stuck somewhere in the drawer. Now, the drawer won't open at all- the piece of fabric is jamming the two slides. My office is all working from home and I can't be in the office to ask maintenance to fix whatever happened and I want to leave this job for a new job, but can't get my stuff from the drawer. So this is just great. It's like the weirdest thing that could happen- a piece of fabric jammed between the runners. But, I'm not surprised this happened to me. Just looking up videos with ideas of how drawers are made to see if I can miraculously get that thing opened.
I have the slider and the counter both attached but when I try to slide in the drawers it's hard. Not sure what I'm doing wrong and have watched a few videos
How about a fixit video for older lateral file cabinets - mine is way older & I have not idea what to do with the plastic “glides” or guides - drawers are no opening/shutting smoothly, but only with a heavy push & slam!

Yeh except the holes for the slides are drilled wrong on one of the drawers of a two drawer file cabinet so I have to guess and hope they slide in right
So I bought a new dresser from amazon and instead of paying the xtra money for someone to build it for me I thought it would be cute to build it myself. I’ve built the dresser and 3 out of 6 drawers slide on the slides all the way and the other 3 stop half way when u put them on the track and go noooo further!!! I can’t figure out for the life of me how to fix this problem. It’s been a whole year! 😩😫

The manual illustration is quite poor imo tyvm for the video ( I kept trying to line up the silver bracket in the rail with the screws....nope not right)
This is the first time I have disliked a video in my entire life. Terrible assembly instructions, and then a QR code that leads me to a video that doesn’t even explain what the instructions are asking of me to do. This is the last time I’m buying anything from Bush Industries.
Didn't really help me as my problem was unrelated. One of the parts (white bit in this video) came off the track on both sides of it, so had to figure out how to reassemble that while keeping all of the ball bearings (that I could find..still missing 3 of the 12) and getting it back on the track properly.. was a fun night. Still a nice basic video though.
It is not pulling out for me. Why couldn't these be installed prior to shipping??? Consumer headache trying to put these things together without paying the same amount as it cost to have someone assemble it for you.
It's apparent that either you do not have enough staff to answer the customer service # or that you do not want to help as indicated in your materials. I was disconnected 3 straight calls after the greeting. I have a specific question that I believed to be important, and very important before I finished putting the furniture together...
The screw heads are too big for installing the mount. They hit the cage when fastening. Having to smash the screws through the cage before installing mount.
I am sure you fixed it someway by now but anyone else having this issue, I just used my lineman's pliers to cut the rounded edges of the screws to make them fit. Took about 30 seconds per screw but worked wonderfully.
Fyi...if you use a flathead screw driver to push and hold up for those drawer slides that won't release...they will! 30mins of my life I'll never get back...hope this helps someone
This is ridiculous there are no holes inside cabinet to mount whatever nor is it in the instructions. I have watched this thing 5 times and no where in instructions does it have mount slide just take runner out watch video next instruction page is mount runner? Why not demonstrate on the actual desk😡😡😡
This is stupid the holes don’t match up with the rail. This company needs to have better instructions and better placement of the wholes. I would never recommend this desk or anything from this company!

This is the most frustrating step. It looks nothing like my drawers. Pushing up on the lock does nothing. This step alone is worth not getting a desk.

Make sure the screws are all of the way tightened. This also happened to me.

The screw heads are too big for installing the mount. They hit the cage when fastening. Having to smash the screws through the cage before installing mount.

The 60w single pedestal desk says nothing about adjusing the inner slide and screwing in on top of it. Helpful video, but shitty directions

Had this same problem the holes don’t match no matter how I turn the rail and the drawer the holes don’t match I had so create a new hole
