I've been at Metro Flex when these two are shooting and seen Branch most recently at the Europa Dallas. Guy has insane intensity, just being in the same room is so motivating.
Kingdom Man Grunting, groaning, and yelling don’t define intensity. Lifting with the target muscle and controlling the weight without grunting and groaning is much more difficult and more macho . These guys are posers.

Compare these guys to Kai Greene who trains at a much lower weight but trains full range of motion. Body building is less about moving the weight and more about making the muscle contract--I think these two guys have grasped that concept.
Oh my god. I would like to see a single full repetition in a Branch Warren training. For that he had to drop the weight by half. For such a small guy its hard to look or to be weak i his sport. Even that is the reason why he is doing this sport. Small guy what to be big....
Not taking anything away from the physique Warren brings to the stage, one could argue that half the reason he never won the Olympia, is because he beats himself into injury, and then loses 6 months recovering. If Branch and Johnnie trained with Charles Glass years ago in Cali, they probably would have won more shows. Charles brings out that definition that was lacking in those 2. He would have backed off the heavy weights, and focus on contracting and squeezing. The muscle fibers. But,. Still love these 2 👍👍👍

You can definitely get results from forcing heavier weight. For me varied training is the best. Once in a while I will train like that. Also, everybody is a bit different.
