Thank you! We are no longer living in the RV, but do have a lot more RV-Life videos you may want to check out! This was years ago. Eventually we sold the RV to backpack the world, and have now settled and started a family 😊
Thank you, Paul! Really glad this was helpful and hopefully inspiring. The exact reasons we share! And to simply document our own lives. We have actually just sold the RV and will be doing some international travel for the next year or so. Still have like 6 months of RV Life footage to put together. Hope you’ll stick around for more fun videos! 😀
Can't believe we just found your channel! Mike is fairly obsessed with trading our travel trailer and getting a Class C 😩. We love seeing how people may their campers work full-time. Following along with you guys!
lifererouted Go Mike! Haha it was tough figuring out what would work best for us and who knows, we may end up with a travel trailer one day, but for now this is great! Thanks for following along 😀
For the medicine cabinet, get some thin netting, like for your banana hammock, and hotglue them to the front of the shelves with enough room to get your things out. The netting probably only needs to cover about two or three inches up from the shelf. They also have small spring rods you can put in front of things in your cabinet shelves to keep things retained. Not sure if you can find ones small enough to fit in the medicine cabinet. Great job you guys.
I wonder if you can find an air-wall that would fit the door. It's an air blower that blows a wall of air straight down the opening of the door. This keeps insects out as the air is moving to fast for the insects to pass. Might be an option...
Very interesting! I’ve never heard of that, but now it makes sense when walking through many automatic doors into commercial building when they have the air blowing like that. Thank you!
Thank you for the walk through.... Please when you have a moment can you upload another video with the model number of your class c.. Size of the holding tanks... Engine specs... Gvrw.. Mpg's ... Any solar... Coach battery info... I am contemplating on a class c and this configuration may suit me... Thank you again
You’re welcome! We will take some notes, review our manuals, and might be able to take some time to put this together for folks like yourself! All great questions. We probably didn’t think through these details as much as we could’ve, but turns out this has been a great fit for us. 😀
@@QuenchYourAdventure thank you for replying... There is a growing number of inquiries based on for plan.. Size.. Chassis... I was surprised to find out that even for the size of the coach... These RV's have full size engines.... That's a huge benefit.. I have a Toyota RV 19 gallon fresh water tank.... With a 4cyl... Motor.. Your RV is so much more appealing
@@camposvazquez You’re welcome. Oh, wow. That’s a small freshwater tank! Ours is like 55 I think. And yes a nice engine with only 60,000 miles on now. May actually be looking to sell within the next few months though. We’re going to do some international traveling. Are you going full time and do you have family?
@@QuenchYourAdventure not a full timer... Single.. I am an avid fisher...hiker...camper.... Full timing is a contingency plan ... Keep my current employment but dump my apartment.... Please keep is posted... Apparently right now is the best time to sell an RV
@@camposvazquez Got it. Thanks for the context. Yea, we’re likely going to sell in October and travel internationally for a year before buying a house and slowing down to start a family. The solar addition was huge and still only 60,000 miles on it! What’s your phone number? Maybe I’ll save it in case you might be interested in a few months.
Jeez, I'm envious of this guy, but my Class C is almost finished and hopefully, I'll have it as nicely equipped with both equipment and company as he does.
Get an Oxygenic shower head - works great and gives you more water pressure. Love ours. Also you can get small clear plastic trays for inside the medicine cabinet to keep things from falling out.
Thank you! We’ve heard of that. Our shower head is decent, but we haven’t experienced the Oxygenic so we can’t compare to it. Great to hear though. We found some trays from the dollar store to put in there. Thank you 😊
Good question. Runs off propane or 110. It’s not very efficient, so we stick to the propane so that we don’t drain our batteries and can reserve them for everything else we do.
Thanks, Tammy. We opted for Jenna to do the bulk of the inside and me, the outside. I'd encourage you to check out some of our recent videos as we travel internationally and you'll hear from me a lot more! Cheers
Buy your frozen pizza: Cut it in half put each 1/2 in a large ziplock bag and toss it in the freezer. Works great, do it in ours all the time(same size fridge)!
Thank you. Jenna teaches with a company called Outschool (let us know if you’d like a link). She has some students in other countries, but most in the US. For awhile, we simply used our mobile hotspots and had to make sure we had decent service. We’ve just purchased a hotspot from Skyroam and it seems to work well so far. Let us know if you’d like a link for that as well. You’re welcome!
Hey, in those cabinets where you are only using half the heigh, like over the kitchen counter, you can get wire shelves that will go over the things already there and give you another shelf above for more things. This is the kind of thing I'm thinking of, but you will have to measure and find one to suit your cabinets. www.amazon.com/Kitchen-Shelves-Cabinet-Organization-Storage/dp/B07R3FWSXM/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=wire+shelf+for+cabinet&qid=1612761881&sr=8-7 Or just build a wood shelf in about half way up those cabinets.
@@QuenchYourAdventure Also, don't forget to go through a weigh station or the CAT scales at a truck stop. You want to make sure you aren't overloaded overall or on each axle. If you're going to boondock (camp without hookups out in the wilds) fill up your fresh water tank before hitting the scales to get the fully loaded weight.
New subscriber! Love your home on wheels! I’m a solo female and I’ve been going back and forth on a class b or class c. I really like the space of the open floor plans on the class c. My only concern was Boondocking in the wilderness. Have you had any issues with the class c? Are you able to go just about anywhere? Also, I’m a full time digital nomad...do you find it difficult to find great cell signal for internet? Thank you for sharing! ✌️
Hey Lorrie! Thank you! Very cool. We’re actually planning to release another video today called something like, “Why Class C” and we’ll be explaining our primary reasons for choosing this RV. If I were on my own, I would consider something smaller than this, but I’d probably still want the full bathroom or at least a “wet-bath” and having a comfortable workspace is really important. Being able to go where we want was a huge consideration. Driving bumpy, dirt roads isn’t nearly as fun as it used to be, but we’re able to go mostly where we want and have had some great boondocking experiences. We also work from the road and have mobile hotspots and have done okay as far as finding good service. You can look up coverage maps online to get an idea of which carriers cover where and you can buy a mobile hot post like a Skyroam that utilize all the cell towers, unlike a hotspot on a cell phone that would only use Verizon towers for example. Hope that helps!
@@QuenchYourAdventure this was a huge help! Thanks so much! I’m thinking maybe a 19-22 ft class c. Something smaller. I love to cook and the class b kitchens just aren’t as desirable unless you spend over $100k. 😁
Great. You're welcome! I remember looking for small class c's like that and it was a bit tough to find. The demand is definitely high right now. Yep, that's a good consideration.

Loop a string through the end of the fly swatter handle long enough so it will hang flat against your cupboard door.
I like that. Thanks Michael!

how is the length for winding mountain roads?
It’s been pretty good. It’s 25.6 feet long! We didn’t notice any problems
