Respect for you still training even with additional stresses in life, the world is going crazy and it's very unfriendly to those raising children, being a responsible father and husband. Thank you for creating educational content.
Hello Refael! I just watched your video about 3 best training splits. I’m a 90kg trainee, 183 cm tall. Am I right that I better choose 1 skill a day split rather than others. With 2 times a week frequency SA/BA split I see that I can’t recover well. More frequency are bad for me. So planche for 3-4 times a week just impossible to progress. How much volume in 1 training could you suggest with 1 skill a day split. Will be enough 3 exercises per training 3-4 sets close to failure in every exercise? Thank you for answer
Yes, that’ll be enough. The good thing about 1 lift/skill a day is you can go pretty hard and not worry about overdoing it (you have 7 days to recover).

So inspiring my brother
Thank you brother 🦍
Cool
Hi rafael sir! You are here back after some time, I wanna ask, like you rotate your shoulders internally while crossing, is it safe?
Yes, correct.
Internally rotating shoulders is a way to access more front delt and biceps in the cross. So yes, that’s the way you should do it.
Can you share your training split I am so curious
Just did 1-2 posts ago on instagram
