- Highlights of the #1 Razorbacks 123-66 annihilation of the Hornets during the national championship season. Alex Dillard would score a career high 39 points and would hit a then school and SEC record 12 three-point baskets. The record would stand until 2009 when Rotnei Clarke hit 13 against Alcorn State.

For the young folk, this was `1993, when three point shooting wasnt the primary offense for 95% of teams. To see this at the time was truly incredulous and i can only remember the only other game where it could be similar to Dillard's remarkable game,Jeff Fryer's three point barrage against Michigan in 1990 in the second round of the NCAA tournament, Michigan was the defending champion at the time and for Fryer to score 40 was absolutely unbelievable while shooting against top level comp. Fryer, Dillard. Thurman, Rice, Hurley, and Dennis Scottt would have a field day in todays game where the three point shot is the primary scoring offense.
So glad this is on here! Alex Dillard is one of my faves of all time! Love your vids, I watch them all the time!

This kind of crowd at a December game against Delaware State is unfathomable today. I only wish I were about 15 years older so I could have experienced the 94 magic.

I didn't say he did. He just broke the school and SEC record, which was broken 15 years later by another Hog.
