See the #1 ranked Roundball Hogs' "40 Minutes of Hell" style take its toll on a good Memphis team in the Pyramid. This game featured several players from Fairley High School in Memphis.
Half of that team was from Memphis, 😂 I’ve been telling my 14 y/o nephew who plays about the 40 minutes of hell defense. Razorbacks drained the life of their opponents.
I miss this kinda college basketball. It’s gotten so commercialized with being able to watch every single game. I remember being excited when Arkansas was on tv and every time they weren’t I’d listen too. The radio.
College basketball's answer to the 1980s Chicago Bears. They only won one national championship, practically criminally low, but that one saw one of the most crushing hyper-pressure defenses to ever suit up play at an intensity level perhaps never seen since.
Corey beck literally leaves everything he has on the floor. I didn’t realize how good his defense was when I was growing up.
Rollin wit Nolan!!!!!!💯💥💥💪
The pyramid use to be lit! It was so damn loud!!! Memphis has Arkansas use to be one hell of a rivalry! Bring the rivalry back!!!!!
And now the Pyramid is a Bass Pro Shop....smh. They should have done updates to it to keep the Tigers playing in there.
Memphis was poorly coached. Finch was a nice guy. But no strategy in this game.
One of the most underrated defenses to ever play in college, they were fun to watch
I am a Syracuse fan for college basketball but I loved watching the razorbacks

The Ole Pyramid (The World's Largest Bass Pro Shop now) was a fun venue for games and concerts.
I thought that place was amazing for a college basketball team to play in when it first opened

That music at the end brings back so many memories! Go Hogs!!
Go Nolan!
Where’s Penny? Or was this the 94’ season when Penny was in the NBA?
I think Penny was already in the league when this game was played.
This was the 1993-94 season so Hardaway was in the NBA that season as a rookie.
