When i deadlift with my right leg, i feel my left low back being worked and viceversa. My left low back is much bigger than my right and idk which side is really getting strengthening...😭
@@chirofarm then why does it feel like the low back muscles are getting worked? I feel this too, but only on my left side while i do the right leg dead lift.

Deadlifts aren’t aimed at strengthening your low back
