DNK TuneWorks is awesome! I sent my ECU in and had it back in a week. It’s also helpful to note that if you request a tune without the baffle there is a noticeable difference when you reinstall the baffle. Makes it a little less responsive and seems boggy.
@@EvolvingMale same here. I’m going to be in contact with them soon to see if they have a tune for 95 octane and to add a quick shift and for a speedometer correction for a 44 tooth rear sprocket. With a Full S1 exhaust, BMC air filter, and Venturi velocity stacks I redline 6th. Need a little more leg lol.
just watch your video bro love it alot of information.. I have the same pipe but don't have the intake I was looking to remove my DB but I can't seem to find nowhere to grip it to pull it off. I took the pin out but can't find it. I'm going to do this tune after I take off the little wrench key on my dash.
I had to use the more expensive ob2 module to be able to push it through. You can order it from Amazon and Return it when you’re done and save $140. I use two long nose pliers to grab the db killer and yank it out.
@@EvolvingMale that's the problem I would have love to send you a picture of mine cause I don't see no where I can grip it.. at one point I was thinking this SC didn't have it cause everyone just grip on something and pulls it.. Your explanation of the 12 minute tune was incorrect. You don’t just run the bike for 12 minutes. You start the bike, wait until the fan starts, then leave for 12 minutes. Don’t touch the throttle the whole time. Turn bike off after 12 minutes of fan running. 👍
You are correct. I missed that. I talk about it in another video and I believe I get it right on that one. Thanks for the heads up, if only I could edit the video after it’s posted
@@brynn2001 Correct. Triumph has self-learning ECUs with auto-retune based on the above procedure. In theory, running that process has superseded the tuneEcu map applied immediately prior to the fan+12min process. Therefore - is/was it ever needed?
@@RichDunn I’m eating sorry but I do not understand your question? When I did my tune ECU I flashed it, and I rode the bike. Therefore, it does not need the 12 minute tune.
Question for you I have a 2022 Street Triple RS I did a Yoshimura slip and a DNK filter & DNK tuneworks. I feel like if you stick the bike in rain mode or any mode the throttle response is pretty much the same it does feel faster does feel better but the throttle response is the same across the board do you feel that also?
Can ECU Tune eliminate error codes caused by changing sprocket sizes? Can I change from 17T/37T to 16T/39T on my 2023 Triumph Bobber without error codes.
Yes, but you have to buy the MX+ to do that. I used a friends, but you can buy on Amazon and return it when you are done. www.amazon.com/OBDLink-Bluetooth-Professional-Grade-Diagnostic-Performance/dp/B07JFRFJG6
@@midas61 well, it does run better after I did it. So there’s that. Just making blanket statements also doesn’t help. I mean either explain yourself or why bother saying anything.
Awesome video, I have a ‘22 RS. So going through your street triple videos now. It’s such a good bike.
I love it, too. Thanks for watxhing!

I would agree. Part of the reason I’ve left it out for over a year. FTW! Or my neighbors. It’s sounds great

Exactly same happened to my 2021 R. Stalled dropping gears. Guess gonna have to do the whole Android ECU tune. Ugh. Great video.
Thanks. Let me know how it works for you. I love hearing other people's experience with stuff in my videos

Once you do the re-flashing of the map there is no need for the 12 mini tune that’s the whole point of the remaping. Js

Perfect. Not a single issue

Not at all. The throttle response is changed dramatically. It didn’t change any of my modes from what I can tell.
Can ypu please provide an update on the tune?
Yes. Running great. It uses more fuel, but that's to be expected because it was so lean. It really made made a huge difference. Totally worth it.

@@matthewbodish6133 no. Our bikes require premium gas from factory. So that's what I use
