You didn't watch the footage, did you? Traffic moving fairly slowly, it's rush hour by several schools. Rear view shows driver approaching from behind. They were not "stuck" behind me. After dangerous overtake attempt they parked up not long after.
Wasn't stuck behind at all. Rider is keeping pace with the traffic, so o'take completely pointless as well as being dangerous
