Love this video! Burnout is so real! High school performing arts teacher here who spends all of my time working for the kids and you put off the idea of burnout until you are so far gone. You have an amazing community that will help you, leaning on them and getting more time in silence is always more helpful to me. Even if it is just walking to my car during my lunch break. You are doing amazing things and I cannot wait to see what you do next!

Hi, I am a rising senior in high school and I’m currently applying for colleges to double major in business and theater so that I can hopefully live/work in NYC at the theater scene. I just wanted to say that I look forward to your videos every time they come out because I so very appreciate the honesty of working in such a competitive/unforgiving industry. It gives me such a realistic view of my life to come, and even though it’s scary, I love theater so much and want to thank you for these videos! You’re doing great; you’re inspiring people every day!
