Which aspect of Norgorbor would your character worship? Which aspect do you think is the most intriguing? Let me know, I love reading everyone's replies!
I worship Reaper of reputation, and Skinsaw... (Crazy Spy) Ty for the video this is amazing! If u can recommend a book, I would greatly appreciate it! I would love to read some of the paizo lorebooks. thank you so much for the video 💜
I think norgorber might have been a Halfling before ascension, and in order to hide his past he has his original Halfling form be someone else entirely, but definitely my characters like blackfinger more than the others
Not a Pathfinder player yet, but I think he's an orc or half-orc. According to Pathfinder lore if a deity shows their face then to orcs they're fair game to be challenged. So it's likely that major orc gods that are part of the main D20 gods would likely have their likeness shrouded in mystery. Gorum and Norgorber could both be orcs since they don't show their faces.
@@camerontaylor612 I think I might have read it on the Archives of Nethys. It also explains why orcs don't revere their own pantheon, yet I think an orc hold does worship Sarenrae though. So if Norgorber is an orc or half-orc then it's likely that reason why he punishes those who attempt to draw his likeness. However, Gorum is usually depicted in his armor or covered in blood if he's depicted in artwork by his faithful.
I had a rogue in our Carrion Crown game who worshiped Norgorber (Reaper of reputation). He got killed by a ghost last week and the party discovered all the shady stuff in his backpack. They won't be trying to resurrect him :P Loved the video. Norgorber is so interesting.
Darn I'm not sure how I missed that. It's not a ton of information so I don't think I'll re-upload it but I'll keep an eye on that in the future. Thank you for pointing it out!
It was actually just pointed out to me that I didn't even change the intro from dwarves to Norgorber! I guess I need to stop editing at 4am and do it when I have got some sleep lol
@@SirVertigo as bad as or worse than being drunk says Mythbusters (at least in the context of driving) ;-) I'm not worried about information showing up more than once, as long as you're not leaving something else out. :-P
@@TarEcthelion yea, I listened to it once and thought I missed that part of my script so I quickly recorded it in, but must have missed it lol I just wanted to get it out, I was super excited about this video in particular lol
Honestly the Arazni photo just looked like a typical follower, secretivly dressed, lithe, etc. Not because Arazni has any true relationship with Norgorber, it was just used as an appearance example.
Really enjoying your lore videos. Hopefully you get a big influx of new viewers because of Wrath of the righteous' release. Many people like me wanting to know what all those background refrences are :)
Would be even funnier if it was a group of killer halflings that made the myth of Norgorbor this whole time, at least 12 of them, 3 for each aspect of Norgorbor
I wonder if Norgorber could be a half-orc or orc. Not a Pathfinder player yet, but don't orcs usually consider any deity that shows their face as a foe to be conquered?
That's a cool idea, to be honest we have no idea. No one alive knows his true or original appearance, but I also wouldn't put it past the xenophobic aroden to somehow make the starstone only work for humanity since the other two gods that have risen are both humans, and at the very least Norgorber has a very human physical appearance.
@@SirVertigo It's probably due to humans being the most common that have succeeded. But I wouldn't be surprised if non humans start ascending to godhood. Yet Norgorber does sound like an orcish name. Besides I think Gorum could also be an orc deity due to his appearance also being shrouded in mystery.
@BronnBlackwater oh no I still have most of the new ones. But as far as I am aware, the new norgorber info is in the adventure path, curtain call, and I usually don't buy those. I'm a little iffy on covering info in adventures cause I don't wanna spoil them, and I don't have a regular gaming group, so I don't usually buy the adventures. But, I do get every lost omen, or setting, or location book!
wow, thanks so much for sharing this w / us, as I get tired of listening to audiobooks where real human narrators try 2b actors by simulating girl or guy voices, basically it's nails on the chalkboard to me, ur backstory on Norgorber was really refreshing, as it didn't have annoying dramatics like most annoying audiobook platforms like Audible have. maybe I should search for more fiction backstory platforms like yours. if u know of any fake voiced or synthesized narrator platforms, please let me know. I will definitely check out more of ur back stories
Love your vids. My opinion of Norgorber is not great though. Just seems too _edgy_ for me, with little depth. Murder and secrets and shadows, oh my! The most interesting things about him are the things left unsaid. Which I guess makes for a good GM opportunity to ask the question “why?” or “for what purpose does he do all these things?” Honestly I find even Rovagug more interesting. But maybe I’m just missing what makes Norgorber great.

My Catfolk Bard do follow Shelyn, however should he follow Norgorber ir would be the aspect of Secrets.
Alchemist/Necromancer gnome follower of blackfingers

Define shady.
Also would like to know what sort of shady stuff didn they find!
Pathfinder was my pen and paper rolplaying game and there are not a lot of lore videos out there so keep it up
Which is surprising, cause pathfinder lore is amazing!

GHOSTS and PHANTOMS are my enemy.a Cleric.
Of all the "evil" gods, he is really chill
We were discussing him yesterday. This video might be a coincidence but with Norgorber you never know
These videos are all great. Looking forward to one on Cayden Cailean
Thanks for the video. Your videos were instrumental for me to learn about the Golarion Lore.
That's exactly what I'm going for with these videos so that's awesome to hear!
I couldn't help but notice you described the stabbing beast twice in a row.
I really enjoy these! Thanks for the time and dedication. It means a lot :)

NORGORBER=MASTER ENEMY./
We all know the truth, that which Nrogorbor is actually 3 murderous halflings in a trenchcoat
Fun fact, to honor this truth, most great assassins in Golarion are three halflings in trench coats!

You should update this now that The Shroud of Four Silences has come out.

What if Norgorber and damir gixx are one and the same ???
Can you make a new video of Norgorber with the new content
