- Just another quick video of my 2002 LS1 Camaro this time with an open cutout that I just had put on my MD Performance in Jefferson MD. Sorry the camera never focused for some reason ENJOY! (MODs below)

JmboSliceProductions I totally agree!!! the LT1 is a much better engine!!! I had a 95z28 and loved it!!! I hated the way they looked from 98 to 2002!!! test drove a 98 and said no way!!

MD born and raised.I will never move back, primarily due to the economy and it being so dangerously close to DC. But it will always be my hometown and I miss it everyday. The whole reason for that info was to say how much I miss not having to get your vehicle inspected every year (TX mandates emissions and safety inspection yearly)! This presents quite an issue for us "hotrodders". So every year it's like a giant Easter egg hunt in order to find one inspection station that'll turn a blind eye...

If we're talking about the same piece, the turn down piece, that was a separate piece attached to the cutout by MD Performance to keep the exhaust aimed towards the road instead of right up into the car

I agree I need to have it re-dynoed and hopefully will be doing that in the near future. I've never heard of Capitol so I've never been out there :/ Let me know what kinda videos you all wanna see and I'll do my best to make them

I had it done. The cam itself was about $600 if I remember correctly, I'm not sure how much specifically it'd cost to have the cam installed though since I had it put in when the put in the whole new motor. It'd probably be a ~$1000 job though with labor and tax.

Your comment is highly inaccurate. I paid for this car and everything done to it myself, and don't drive it like an idiot, but with respect cause it's a gorgeous car and deserves not to be abused although she can handle it when need be. Pretty much the only time I drive it like in the video, is in videos or at the track. So no, I don't expect it'll be wrapped around a tree any time soon. Thanks for the comment though.

I'm running prc stage 2.5 heads and a custom grind cam. Don't wanna go too big a cam or it will not be steetable and you'll lose driveability

It's been a while since I've had the car, but it idled around 8-900 I believe. This car had almost every light on that could be on for various reasons, mainly due to changing/removing parts and sensors without tuning them out. Nothing was actually wrong.
ah ok thanks, mine idles at like 1000, then in gear about 850-900 mine care just has dtc 34 on, what toy do you have now?

Picked up mine about 5 months ago with 93,000 miles. Paid 9300 for it. Bone stock SLP 02 SS 6 speed and t tops. I think it was a solid deal, not the best but car is in good condition for its age.

nice wheels, use to have one similar, but now I think their silly cars. No stability and car fish tails all over.I say this after owning Audi's and an M3, precision handling at high speeds makes you think twice about getting behind the wheel of a camaro. Nontheless it is a nice ride, enjoy it while you have it. I know I did back in my early 20's LOL.
