അവിടെ എനിക്ക് എന്നെ ചിലർ ഒരു പേര് പറഞ്ഞു കളിയാക്കും ആയിരുന്നു അത് എന്റെ രൂപത്തെ അടിസ്ഥാനം ആക്കി ഒള്ള ഒരു ഇരട്ട പേര് ആയിരുന്നു ഒരാൾ അത് പറഞ്ഞാൽ ബാക്കി ഉള്ളവർ ചിരിക്കും ആയിരുന്നു പിന്നെ school മാറി college oke കഴിഞ്ഞു കൊറേ കൊല്ലം കഴിഞ്ഞു പത്തിൽ പഠിച്ച ഒരാളുടെ കല്യാണ സമയത്തു ഞങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ഒന്നിച്ചപ്പോൾ
പഴയ ഒരു classmate എന്നെ ആ പേര് വെച്ച് എല്ലാവരുടേം മുന്നിൽ വെച്ച് വിളിച്ചു കളിയാക്കി.....
ഞാൻ എന്ത് പറയാൻ school അല്ലലോ പഴയ പോലെ ഇങ്ങോട്ട് എന്തേലും വിളിച്ചാൽ പോയി തിരിച്ചു വഴക്കുണ്ടാക്കാൻ ഞാൻ silent ആയി നിന്നു
പക്ഷെ എന്നെ അത്ഭുത പെടുത്തിയാ ഒരു കാര്യം അന്ന് സംഭവിച്ചു പണ്ട് ഇതി കെട്ട് നിന്ന് ചിരച്ചവർ എല്ലാം ഇന്ന് ചിരിച്ചില്ല
അവരും മിണ്ടാതെ ഇരുന്നു
ഒരു friend പറഞ്ഞു
പണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞത് അറിവിലായിമ കൊണ്ട് ആണെന്ന് ഇപ്പൊ ഈ മുതുക്കു പിടിച്ചാ പ്രായത്തിലും ഇതാണ് പരുപാടി എങ്കിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ കൂടെ നിൽക്കില്ല നീ ഇത് നിർത്തിക്കോണം എന്ന്.....

ഗർഭിണികളുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ചുറ്റുമുള്ളവർ ചേർന്ന് ചെയ്യുന്ന തെറ്റായ ഒരു കാര്യം ഉണ്ട്... കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ ആരോഗ്യത്തിനുവേണ്ടി എന്നുപറഞ്ഞു ഗർഭസ്‌കാലത്തു 10മാസമോ ചിലപ്പോൾ കുട്ടിക്ക് പാലുകൊടുക്കണമെന്നുപറഞ്ഞു പ്രസവത്തിനുശേഷവും അവരോടു പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന കാണിക്കുന്നു... നല്ല food കഴിപ്പിക്കുന്നതും നടക്കാൻ പറയുന്നതും ( ചില ഭർത്താക്കന്മാർ ഗർഭകാലത്തു ഭാര്യയുടെ കൂടെ കൈപിടിച്ചൊക്കെ നടക്കുന്നത് കാണാം ) എല്ലാം, എന്നാൽ ഈ പ്രസവശേഷം ഇതേപോലെ ശരീരഭാരം കുറക്കാനും അവരോടു കൂടെനിക്കണം... പ്രസവശേഷം അവരോടു ആരും പഴങ്ങൾ കഴിക്കാനും food നിയന്ത്രിക്കാനും വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാനും വ്യായാമം ചെയ്യാനും ഉപദേശം കൊടുക്കാറേയുള്ളു.... ഫാമിലിയിൽ ആരുംതന്നെ അവരെ കൂടെനിന്ന് ഇതൊന്നും ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കാറില്ല..... ചുരുക്കിപ്പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഈ കോലത്തിൽ ആവാൻ എല്ലാരും സഹായിക്കും കോലം പഴയപോലെ ആവാൻ ആരും കൂടെ നിൽക്കില്ല... അനുഭവം
I’ve lived my school and college years with insecurity and low self esteem. I had been bullied by my friends and cousins in my childhood. I never got any support from my parents.
I thought myself as someone with low worth for years. I was afraid to be in a relationship because deep inside I thought I was not meant to be loved. It took years of effort and unlearn process to put up my self esteem.
And when I had a relationship , these insecurities has impacted it negatively and after the breakup these insecurities started to creep again. Now I am trying to overcome them, it still hurts sometimes but I have improved.

I've have met many people who are dark skinned to whom which I fell in love . not because of their colour but of their personality. even my first crush was a dark skinned girl . so yes colour makes a difference but your character has the power to change your appearance infront of others .

(ഇപ്പോ ആവശ്യത്തിലുമധികമുണ്ട്😅).എൻ്റെ ഡ്രൈസിംഗിൻ്റെ പേരിൽ, നിറത്തിൻ്റെ , വണ്ണത്തിൻ്റെ എന്തിന് കരയുന്നതിന് സഹിതം കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തലും കളിയാക്കലുമായിരുന്നൂ. ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ ഒരുങ്ങാറില്ല(actually എനിക്കറിയില്ല. കൂട്ടുകാർ ഒരുക്കി തരും. അവരാണ് ഓരോ മേക്കപ്പ് സാധനങ്ങൾ പോലും തരുന്നത്. ഞാനീ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച മേക്കപ്പ് സാധനം വന്നിട്ട് സെറം, sunscreen ഒക്കെ ആണ്. ഇന്ന് വരെ ഐലൈനർ മര്യാദക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പോലും എനിക്ക് അറിഞ്ഞൂട.എനിക്കുള്ള ക്യൂട്ടക്സ് തൊട്ട് കമ്മല് dress വരെ മിക്കതും എൻ്റെ കൂട്ടുകാരുടേം ബന്ധത്തിലെ ചേച്ചിമാരുടേം സംഭാവനയാണ്. എന്തോ വീട്ടിലെ അവസ്ഥ ഓർത്ത് ഒരുങ്ങുന്നതിന് പൈസ ചിലവാക്കുന്നത് ധൂർത്ത് ആണെന്ന് എന്നോ കയറിക്കൂടിയ mindset ആണ്. പക്ഷെ food നും ബുക്കിനും സിനിമ കാണുന്നതിനും ഒക്കെ no tension 😁) . ഒരുങ്ങി നടക്കാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് എനിക്ക് തന്നെ ഞാൻ trend ൽ ഒരുപാട് പുറകെ ആണ് എന്നൊരു ഇൻസെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഉണ്ട്.ഒരിക്കൽ ഒരു birthday ക്ക് എൻ്റെ വല്ല്യച്ഛൻ എൻ്റെ favourite പക്ഷി ഏതാന്ന് ചോയ്ച്ചപ്പോൾ ഒട്ടും ആലോചിക്കാതെ ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞത് കാക്ക എന്നായിരുന്നു.കാരണം ആ കൊല്ലം പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഇരുന്നപ്പോൾ ഹാളിൽ കൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന കുട്ടിടെ അനിയൻ എന്നെ ചൂണ്ടി ചോദിച്ചത് ഏതാ ഈ കാക്ക എന്നായിരുന്നു. പിന്നെ ഇതുവരെ relationship ൽ ആയിട്ടില്ല. അത് കാരണം ഞാൻ ഒരു girlfriend material അല്ല എന്നൊരു insecurity യുമുണ്ട് 😁. ഇനി വല്ലോം ഉണ്ടേൽ edit ചെയ്യ്ത് ഇട്ടേക്കാം 😁😁😁
