Both would be great however if you use an audio interface you will need a third party app or a laptop for source for vocal effects as your DAW while using an audio mixer alone would be okay as it has vocal effects already.
From the start to the end - the camera pointing on the table I used iPhone 12 Pro max. While I’m explaining before live streaming started, the camera pointing at me is Dslr cam canon 7200 (I’m not a pro on dslr cam). When streaming started, my (self) video is from the iPhone on the table and I’m also playing the audio from the streaming.

I can't guarantee all sound cards work for tiktok streaming as I have heard some of them does not work. Too bad I can't do a test coz I only have 200 followers @jenuds1 I'm just gonna base my answer for FB and YT Streaming. Some of my best so far are Maonocaster E2 and Synido Live 100 but please note these has no turning off monitoring so you always hear yourself. Maonocaster C2 Neo has turning off monitoring however lesser input and output compare to the other 2 I've mentioned.

Many people want to build their own Home Studio, but don’t know what equipment, accessories and how to connect it. They may just want a KTV effect. , are difficult to achieve. The recent Apple Music Sing intelligently eliminates vocals and becomes accompaniment, which is convenient for many people, but people still cannot get the KTV effect. Singing is very dry. Many people want to have a reverb effect, but many people don’t know what equipment to use. and wiring and live streaming.@@jenuds

You may connect speakers to the Headphone port.

You should use screen recording from your PC as it’s more clear and presentable.
