Great idea. One thing I would try would be the reusable gear ties instead of the zipties on the front bar

@@VentureNorthwithWheezyOutdoors I made one similar but used a clothes hanger bar but this looks much better and sturdier
We are actually quite impressed with this so far... surprisingly, the kids haven't messed with it at all from the car seats either lol. (The rod sleeves were a must however)
