in the 80's the quality wasn't like that but just as good as it looked. Ive assembled less 10's that time and only four were the best ones I did with a bit of more effort to made it much better than the previous.

I found myself thinking about the original designers of this beautiful Yamaha motorcycle model too. I'm completely satisfied with 10 minutes of my time well spent! Bravo! ❤

I have the Tamiya Ducati 916 kit. The hardest part was painting the fairing, to make it look consistent. I will usually add a lot of extra custom parts to my car kits, but this kit didn't really need anything extra other than the glue and paint. The kits themselves are nothing short of amazing.
Once I learned about injection molding and how that process works and the skill set in making the molds it took my appreciation of these kits to another level. The skill to make all those parts inside out and reversed to make the end plastic model just knumbs the sense's!!!
Fascinating skills, aging and painting all these little parts! Not to mention the precision in the moment of the montage! The result is amazing! Thank you for this wonderul video!!

I just retired, I have No hobbies anymore. I've struggled to find something that interests me. I did the cheap models of youth... I splurged as an adult on a Lamborghini Countach LP-500 There just isn't enough detail in the box. And not enough parts..LOL I love small, detail, and 100's of parts.. I hope your channel will show me a renewed interest in building detailed models. I would love to build a real working V-8, but dang.. EXPENSIVE. Oh! and have you ever seen and done a model of the Honda CBX 6 cylinder ? That would be a neat build.

You forgot the production workers. I can't imagine how the QCs and operators handle the production batches of each small parts

For me it is not the guy who assembles that, but the manufacturer who built perfect parts that can be assembled in that scale
